Joey provided me with a detailed explanation as to why he wanted to follow a certain course of action and some alternative suggestions.  Once a decision was made, he provided me with a detailed summary of the work to be completed.  For the minor items that did not suit my personal preference, such as one waterfall being too loud, he came back to address it without question.

Let me first qualify who I am, I have been in the custom home building industry for 35 years. We specialize in luxury resort style homes ranging in price from $1.5M to over $10M in Park City, Utah. I deal with many sub contractors and suppliers on a daily bases. We pride our business on the work we perform and that of our sub contractors. Joey did EXACTLY what he said he was going to do! His communication was absolutely perfect, with text, email and pictures. His invoice was what he estimated, we had him to extra work that was outside his original scope on this estimate. He quoted us a price for the extra work and made it happen while he was still on the job, he never missed a beat. Joey installed a new pump and filter set up and even assisted me with installing a new liner and block work around the pond. Joey is very pleasant and well educated in pond care. He takes pride in his work and is very keen on details and cleanliness.

He came out promptly in the morning at the time we had discussed. He had to remove the sun damaged potion of hosing and reconnect the waterline. There was some digging involved but he had brought all the tools he would need

The staff at Krystal Kleer were amazing! They arrived about 15-20 minutes early and knew all the right questions to ask. After a brief overview of what they would be doing to fix the tank up, they quickly started pulling my fish out and cleaning the tank. They explained everything they would be doing to the tank as well as suggesting some improvements I could make to the tank to improve the flow and make up keep a lot easier on me. They paid attention to the small details that not even I had noticed until they pointed them out to me. All around great service! I'm very satisfied and will be keeping their number handy for future needs!

Joey did a detailed and thorough job. Left my fountain lookin great and running smoothly after months of neglect and accumulated debris and algae.
