I had a few problems with my home and called for an estimate. Ken was prompt in meeting me and gave me an estimate for each problem. The total for five(5) jobs came in at just over an estimate I had gotten for one door replacement. The work was started that week and completed in two days. Everything was done perfectly! I will call Ken for any repairs from now on.

I received a fair, written estimate for labor and materials. KS Home Solutions was on site the next day and completed our project in a few hours. Afterwards, they alerted me that some material had not been needed and then deducted that cost from my balance. I recommend KS Home Solutions and would hire them again.

Would have started earlier had I been able to have Lowe’s deliver on time. Once materials were delivered, project finished in a week. Two of the days were delayed by rain. Had them return to build a composite deck. That project was completed in one day.

Ken is very punctual, quick to respond, and flexible with my hectic work schedule. The price was super reasonable and he did a great job and did it quickly too. He made sure everything was level and didn’t leave a mess behind. The surround was installed perfectly. But the caulking wasn’t as perfect as I would like it to be, and he missed a small area. But I am sure if I told him, he would come back to do it in a heartbeat. I just figure it’s something I can do myself so no biggie. I would definitely hire him again in the future for some other stuff I need done around the house once I save up some more money... like fixing my deck! In the meantime, this is my favorite place in my home to look at. The surround just complements the brick on my fireplace so beautifully. I’m happy.

Kevin provides great service! Was quick and did a great job. A lot of reviews from chewys said the doggy door had a crack in the seam letting hot/cold weather in the home. There’s no issues with the door Kevin put in and it’s sealed nicely. He also put up photo frames for me and put up more than I had originally counted. My dogs liked him too!

To address my concern, He offered to do 2 corners, and if I was pleased, he would complete the remaining 14 corners.
