They came out to give an estimate, and got started with 1/2 paid up front. Did all we agreed to and kept me informed on progress on installing a semi-frameless shower door, drywalling the kitchen, and coming up with electrical solutions. He will do what he says he will, and if he can't, he'll also let you know. It's hard to find trustworthy contractors, but Kevin is a man of all trades that actually can be trusted.

I hired Kevin to build me a custom door for an odd sized shed. He was prompt, professional and did excellent work. Finished ahead of schedule and his price came in as quoted. He also clean up after himself. I highly recommend him!

This is the 2nd review that I've done for Kevin. The 1st one was a few years back. Nothing has changed. He is by far the best handyman that I have ever used. The range of his skill set along with his extensive set of tools is a very hard combination to beat. He is 100% trustworthy. When he quotes you on a job, rest assured that it will be well done and exactly as promised. He is very neat and never leaves a mess. I'm already working on a new list for him. Kevin Malay of KSM Development fixed some home projects that required skill, especially hanging the pot rack in to a cement wall. Now I will be able to hang my treasured Lodge wrought iron pan without worrying it will come out of the wall. He covered the area to prevent a mess and cleaned up after finishing the job. His prices are very reasonable. I will call him again!

I am beyond happy with the creative solution and craftsmanship provided by Kevin to repair and tile my bathtub wall. I found Kevin on Angi’s after a plumbing fix left a hole in my wall and another service attempted to fix it and failed. Kevin listened and proposed a couple of options to meet my budget and fear that any type of repair would look like a patch job in my 1960’s mosaic tile bathroom. He selected tile options that, now installed, look like an accent wall instead of a quick fix to cover a hole. Thank you, Kevin, for your professionalism and a solution that surpassed all expectations.
