It went great. Kenny arrived promptly on a Sunday to resolve the issues. Kenny was knowledge, professional, and knew exactly what/where the problems were. Kenny was thorough and efficient, a real Pro. The quote/price given seemed fair and only time will tell of his true craftsmanship. I will definitely be referring him out to family and friends.

Horrible. This was the worst service in the world this person / company should not be in business. Not not only was the work very deficient and the paint faded away less than a year after the job was completed in our roof, but they damaged my entire fence with paint dots all over. Careless work. When we ask they to fix it they made it much worst and basically screwed up the entire fence paint job. My recommendation: don’t ever hire this company. Seriously. You will regret it.

Kenny went out the same day. Did the work and patched up the roof and also went back to double-check it. I am waiting on photos though, other than that I would use him again.

Kenny Samuels is a great guy. I have had the privilege of knowing him him for over 15 years. He is extremely reliable, all it takes is one phone call and he’ll be at your house to do the job. Always on time. I highly recommended him.

After we called him, Ken Samuels came out to meet us when he told us he would. He immediately identified the problem and within 24 hours, fixed the problem. Mr. Samuels is passionate about his work. He is a very good roofer who really seems to care.

Very good worker and very knowledgeable. I confirmed quotes with another roofer friend of mine and they were in line. No leaks now and interior painting and plaster was excellent. I have already referred more work to him and Kenny will be my regular roof and paint maintenance contractor. Kenny takes pride in his work. He matched my shingles, where repairs were required.

KNS roofing responded to my call in one day. I own a two-story house with a complex roof. Within minutes, KNS knew what the problem was and immediately repaired the roof and stopped the leak. This was important because I was installing a new living room ceiling. The materials they used were modern and top-notch. They have more than thirty years of experience and it showed. They are friendly, professional, and wanted to solve my problem. I have used them twice and I have been satisfied both times. I highly recommend this roofing company.

I would recommend Kenny from K&S to others in need of roofing work. He was professional, efficient, and reliable. Due to my own procrastination, my home still had broken roof tiles from Hurricane Irma, about 15 to 20 of them. My home insurance provider did an inspection recently and then sent me a letter giving me only 3 weeks to repair the tiles or they would end my coverage. Late one night this week, I reached out to several service providers through Angie's List. Kenny responded the next day and we set an appointment for the following day. When he arrived, he inspected the damage, we quickly agreed on a price, and he started working right away. He came back the next day to complete the job. While I received a quote from another company that was lower, that company was not available soon enough. Kenny was there on the spot, problem solved immediately, so he definitely deserved a premium.

The overall experience was great. I called Kenny for an inspection and he was quickly available (Same day I called). Kenny came by and took care of all the issues I had. The overall quality will be tested once the rain picks up, however to the naked eye it seems he took care of all our worries. When Kenny came by he remembered working on the next door neighbor’s house, so he took me over and she was very happy to see him and recommended him immediately. This gave me overall comfort. Work was completed in 2 days. The found the price to be fair but I’m not a roofing expert. I would recommended him to anyone I know.

Called Kenny based off the reviews here. Arrived as scheduled, inspected the roof and the damage to the ceiling in the bedroom and was able to get the roof repaired the following day. He also recommended someone to fix the bedroom ceiling. Both jobs were completed to satisfaction.

Kenny on all occasions came on time and when he was expected. He knows roofing and what needs to be done. Even though at time I felt that he may be overstating issues, in end, he was proven to be correct in his findings. His pricing may be a bit on the high side, but the work quality, and fixing it the first time correctly makes the pricing on the job "FAIR". He does give you your monies worth of work, material and quality. I would highly recommend him to others. In the end you get what you paid for!

Kenny was very responsive. He came the same day I called and completed the work the next day. He was very punctual and was able to find the matching tile for my roof. I have since recommended it to my son-in-law who also hired him and is very pleased with the service.

Upon a brief inspection, the job became 3x more expensive. We accepted and the job was done. 3 months later we had a leak and upon calling the provider regarding the inspection done the response was that "it could happen and what did I want, for him to go back and work for free?".

A worker came out the next day I called to repair the leak. I was in a bind because damage was occurring to the inside of my home and I could not get a roofing company to come out. All of them seemed to be backed up with work due to the very rainy season we were having. One said they had 150 people in front of me. So I finally found someone who would come out the next day, Top Seal. Unfortunately it was a big mistake. Kenny (the owner of Top Seal) said he would come out the next day but it would cost me $1500. I reluctantly agreed and someone did come out. The worker was nice but did not have any plywood with him which concerned me since I could tell from my attic that the plywood was wet and appeared damaged. He said I didn't need it and supposedly fixed a leak he said I had next to a soffit. I paid him the $1500 (would not honor the 10% senior discount) and when the rains came the leak was just as bad as before. I called Kenny and told him the repair did nothing. He came out with his worker and said the leak was coming from the flat roof abutting next to the wall and wanted an additional $275 to repair it. I told him that was not where the leak was and tried to get him to look in my attic so I could show him the wet plywood. But he refused and kept saying it was in the flat roof area. However, even though I refused to give him any more money, he put some sealant in the area he thought was the leak. It did not work. I eventually contacted a different roofing company which came out and fixed the problem and re-did the area around the soffit that was done by Kenny's worker. It was a total mistake to hire Kenny and I am out $1,500.

It went very well. I am pleased and relieved that the roof was properly fixed before water damage ruined my ceiling. I'd hire them again.

Kenny was great! He responded and arrived as promised, which is rare in this industry! He came right out on a weekend and not only did he repair the roof damage, he added extra services to ensure that the roof would last for years! I would highly recommend this company!

My roof was not considered a big enough job by some roofing companies here in Miami and they were not interested. I opened my Angie's List magazine and found KS Roofing in the book so I called Kenny because he was insured and he had such a high rating. I was surprised that he knew where my home was and came over within 2 hours, started the repair after quoting a price verbally. He found a problem I did not know existed and he came back the next day to fix that. I now do not have to worry about my roof for the next 5 years unless we have another hurricane and some tiles come loose at which time I will call Kenny again. Kenny has a great work ethic, is a long time Miami Roofer (hard to find), speaks English and does exactly what he says he is going to do. His kind of service is hard to find here in Miami. I strongly give him an A+.
