After hours plumbing was born out of a need to help people with an often difficult problem while keeping the cost of repairs to a reasonable price. We never charge extra for work done at odd hours or weekends. The focus of the company and customer interactions is making sure homeowners always know they receive the best plumbing work and great customer service.

The job was to clean out surface drains in the yard. Jacob offered a great deal; $100 if he could do the job, nothing otherwise (not like most plumbers who charge by the hour, regardless of outcome). After an hour on his hands and knees, he'd greatly improved the drainage, but not cleared it entirely; there was one junction he couldn't get the snake around. He offered a discount; instead of $100, just $70 for the work he'd been able to do. I agreed to that, and added a $30 tip. Jacob's card is stuck to my fridge. I'll use him again.
