He called me right away. He was very professional, he also took the time to show me what was wrong and fixed it for me. He was very efficient, arrived on time, very respectful, wear masks and I really appreciated that he makes sure everything was okay and even do follow up calls just to make sure everything was fine. He went above and beyond.

Everything was an A rating except that Ken and his partner installed a railing that did not reach the bottom of the stairs, leaving my 85 year-old mother-in-law to grab onto whatever she can for the last three steps going downstairs. I've reached out to Ken a number of times to make good on this problem but he has not responded. If he were to resolve this I would definitely give him an A rating.
