Drywall Repair
I was first introduced to David and Deslyn (Kundert Construction) through American Leak Detection when they did the drywall repair after a Kitec mitigation job. Kundert Construction did such a fabulous job and were so nice and easy to work with, that I hired them to do the drywall repair after our tankless water heater and water softener installations as well. Each time they went above and beyond. They do excellent work and are wonderful people and I wouldn?t hesitate to hire them again.

Kundert construction did such a super job, I won't hire anyone else. They tore down a large room in our home and made a perfect bedroom with a closet and doors. Then completed a seamless job of flooring, the drywall was excellent as well, I couldn't even see the seams. Professional, polite, and left my home very clean. I will recommend this fine company to anyone.

Dave and his wife looked at the holes in the walls of our garage after the plumbers had finished. They gave us a quote and came the next morning to do the job. They did great work in a little over half a day. You can't even see the places they patched.

They've been working on it for three days. They always do very good work. They do the work the way it's suppose to be done. They do a thorough job. They clean up after themselves which is important. The workers were great. He does everything very well. They're a husband and wife team. They're a great team. They listen closely to what your problem is, they analyze it for you, and very honest about what the problem is and what it's going to take to fix it.

This is our second time hiring Kundert Construction to complete a job for us. The process was very smooth and went really quick. They came to our house to look at the drywall job on 3/1/17 and provided us a quote on 3/6/17. We were able to schedule the work a few days. They called us a day earlier than when the work was to begin to let us know if they could come by earlier to start the work. That was perfectly fine with our schedule, so they showed up a day earlier and began the work. They completed the drywall job the next day. The work looks great and I definitely recommend them for drywall work. They were again very polite and had good communication. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Kundert Construction is an exceptional company, and I can recommend them without reservation. Their workmanship is outstanding. Our floors are beautiful and very professionally done. An added benefit was their good communication and people skills making everything easier. They also helped us located a tile that was selling at a discount. Cost of tile was $1577.00 which was at least discounted 40%. Labor was $2965.00 before tax.

The process was very smooth. They came to our house to look at the job and shortly afterward, provided us a quote. We were able to schedule the work a couple of weeks later. They showed up when they said they would and completed the work over several days. They were very polite and always let us know about the progress of the job. I will definitely use them again in the future.

There were two main parts. A sub repaired stucco. Then Kundert's replaced the pergola. The weathered and incorrectly installed original was removed first. The finished job exceeded expectations. Due to an unforeseen increase in materials cost the job was rebid. That choice was mine. But the finished price was still reasonable, given how it turned out.

There was water damage from a leak. The wall area was open so the repair was to install insulation, then hang drywall, then taping, etc. When it was done it matched the look of the remaining wall perfectly. We have used Dave and Deslyn (wife and partner) for several jobs since 2006. They do good work and can handle most small to medium sized repair or construction jobs. Good people.

Once Kundert agrees to a project he is fair, punctual and very good at general contracting. He is a bit hard to pin down at the start and that is a mild problem. He knows construction, so most small things are what he can do best. Tile is a strong point but he has also done sheet rock repair.
