Kustom Kreations

We used Kustom Kreations Trucking in June to hydroseed our newly built home. Before work began, we specifically asked multiple times if topsoil was needed and were told it was not. About four weeks later, there was very little growth. They told us to water more, despite us following their guidelines. Three weeks later, they said we had actually overwatered and that our yard?s slope was an issue. When we asked why topsoil had not been added, we were told it wasn?t because we didn?t need it, but because they didn?t know how to get it into our backyard. This contradicted what we were originally told. The follow-up visit also did not feel focused on resolving our concerns. Much of the conversation involved unrelated discussions about our home, sports cars, and another customer?s expensive project. We were ultimately told the contract did not guarantee results. While we understand hydroseeding cannot be guaranteed, our concern is that we were not properly advised or set up for success.
