Keith punctual and professional. He explained what caused the clog and how to remove the hair from the drain. Then he explained that Drano was not helping the problem and only made this worst. My clogged issue was never going away with Drano. This was good information. He was told me what to use if the drain became clogged again. I was very grateful that he took the time to explain everything and gave advise as to what would unclog the drain,if another clog happened. I will definitely call Kevin again for any plumbing issues I may have in the future. Thank you!!

Keith was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me the price in his notebook. He got the materials quickly and finished the job within 2 1/2 hrs. A very neat job well within expectations. Very professional. I would definitely call him again!

Awesome! He was immediately responsive. Came the same day and my repairs were made within a couple of hours. He checked in the next day to make sure that things were still working well and that I was satisfied with the repairs. There was a little bit of an issue still and he came back, again that same day, and fixed. Definitely would recommend!

Keith and his helper were both Professional and trustworthy. They showed up on time! Once Keith explained to me what needed to be done he gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He got started right away. I would highly recommend this company.

Boykin was prompt to respond to all my requests for repairs and provided good suggestions as each issue came up. He was helpful in finding products for retrofitting a home built in 1976. He looks at the whole plumbing layout for the home and advises of potential problems and provides an estimate for review prior to beginning work and an itemized invoice at completion. There are no surprises which is important to me. I have recommended him to five of my neighbors and they have been equally pleased with his work and professional manner. I would not trust anyone else to make my plumbing repairs.

Great it was leaking for some time and cause a lot of problems. Boykin Plumbing took care of everything. He replaced water heater and mat it was on. He found mold and help me contact my insurance agent so it could be clean up. He wanted to make sure we were safe. He went an extra mile for us. He also check back after clean up to make sure all was well Great job looks good and dry.
