Kyle came out to my home and inspected my generator. He stated the motor needed to be replaced and he need me to provide him the money in order to get it. I sent him via PayPal $1178.00. From that point on I was given the run around on the motor. When I asked for the confirmation that the motor had been ordered he would not respond to my communication. I filed a dispute with PayPal. Finally I did hear back from him and he stated he had been in jail and was very upset that I contacted PayPal. He then refused to fix my generator because he had cancelled the motor order. He has refused to give me my money back so I’m having to work with PayPal to get it back. This man should not be recommended to anyone!!

It was ten out of ten. He did exactly what he said he gonna do. He was professional, came in and finished the job, and he cleaned after themselves.
