In the past I have used Kyle Plumbing and they showed up on time and got the job done. Recently however, things have gone down hill. The last few appointment had me waiting all day and then when it was past the time for the plumber to come, I had to call to find out what was happening and to be told that it would be another day. Very annoying. The last time they came, the plumber took my shower faucet handle to get a part....2 months later....1 month of calling a few times a week .....Indira telling me she will call me back....NEVER DID! STILL DON'T HAVE THE HANDLE BACK! Something is seriously wrong lately with this company. My opinion. Try another one.

They took two weeks, they were not good, they did not bring the parts that they need to bring. The first time it was flushing okay but on the morning there was a leak on the floor. I would not recommend them, it was a nightmare.

Kyle Plumbing was able to schedule me the same day for an urgent plumbing issue. Professional and communicative. Pete arrived on time and diagnosed the issue quickly, performed the work quickly and done well. Even cleaned up with bleach-based cleaner, really appreciated the efficient and good work!

I am not from the area and when I discovered I had water pouring from my water meter box, I was unsure who to call. Based on some reviews I found I submitted a quote request from their online system, as it was after hours. Someone from Kyle called me back first thing in the morning, shared the companies time and material rates and a special they had on offer! They had someone at my house by 1 PM and it was all fixed by 3 PM! They really did a great job, it was fast, the tech was super professional, and the price was very reasonable! I will definitely use them again.

They did a great job. They gave me a very competitive price on the unit and the installation, so it was a no-brainer to choose them. I had originally wanted a Rheem. They recommended a Rudd which is made Rheem. The technician wore a mask and booties and was very conscious to distance. He removed the old water heater and installed a new Rudd model. He left the garage clean. He was nice and very professional. The unit and the new recirculating pump are working very well. Hopefully that continues for a long time. I would recommend Kyle Plumbing and would use them again.

They were initially friendly when the call was made, asking for an abundance of information such as make, model, age etc. of current tankless hot water heater. My husband answered all questions and was told of a 4hour window when their tech it would arrive to assess the situation. Was given a quote if $110, less the Angie’s List $25 discount. The tech arrived on time, immediately went to the water heater and snapped a pic, gave us the bill and told us he would call when the new unit arrived. He then left after less than 5 minutes. He did not open the unit, assess anything or discuss options. Considering all the detailed information we provided in advance, why was it necessary to send someone to take a picture? If the company has a more self service approach, we could have provided the pic. After my husband called to question this process the rep was quite rude. He then cancelled the order and subsequently received a call back from “customer service” only to have her shout at him for wasting their time! Very unprofessional!

It started poorly. As they were trying to remove the cap from my pipe with a wrench, it was on tight and the plumber was pulling on it it to the point that the pipe was shaking in the dirt until the pipe itself ended up snapping off and he shouted, "Brittle f***** pipe.". I witnessed this occur and went inside my house. When I went back out a few minutes later, the plumber claimed the roots from a bush above the pipe must have penetrated the pipe and caused fractures. The same bushes are above every pipe in my community and this has never been an issue. This seemed like an excuse to try and eschew responsibility, but at this point my pipe was shattered and I still needed the blockage removed to use the water in my home. The snaking worked as intended, but they refused to accept any responsibility for breaking the pipe, claiming it had to be my HOA's fault. Feeling like I had no recourse at the time because they lacked the tools to fix the broken PVC pipe and refused to accept responsibility I paid them and emailed Angie's List hoping to resolve this situation, as I'm currently not in a financial situation where I can afford to replace the pipe; especially when my only fault in the situation was hiring these people through the site.

It went great. I called the office the Person on the phone with pleasant and advise me someone would call me back and they did and they advise me if I would get a time shortly within about 10 minutes I got a phone call stating they would they were on their away. The gentleman arrived he was pleasant got right to work repaired it and sure that there was no leaks and the work was done neatly and efficiently I would hire them again in a minute I will give all my business from now on. I called Kyle Plumbing because the water supply to the home was cut off due to damage to a pipe during tree cutting and stump grinding. Eddie, the technician arrive two hours after my initial contact. He diagnosed and resolved the problem in 30 minutes. I am very grateful for Eddie and Kyle plumbing for their quick, responsive service. I would definitely use this company again and recommend Kyle Plumbing.
