We are so happy that we found and used this company. The inspector was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and meticulous. He spent over 2.5 hours inspecting the unit we are in contract to purchase, and found numerous concerning issues including mold. He has very specialized equipment, and covered every square inch of the apartment, exterior, mechanical areas.. etc . He even spent extra time answering our questions before, during and after the process. Lastly, their prices are very reasonable, and about half the cost of other quotes I received. If you want top quality, for a fair price, contact them. We?ll definitely be using them again.

Fantastic experience working with this company. They covered everything we asked and more. When we discussed the inspection they made it very easy to understand the condition of the property. We got the report the same day of the inspection which was a great plus too.

He checked every detail in the house and sent inspection report right away after inspection. I am happy with their service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Showed up on sight early in advance to inspect the roof and exterior. Did not miss any portion of the home. Every paint chip to every electrical outlet was examined and documented. I felt reassured with my decision to purchase the home. Also received a detailed 50+ page document with pictures included of the home evaluation in a summary at the very end of the inspection. Would highly recommend.
