I was so lucky to find Zoe's ProEdge! Kelly, one of the owners, saved the day on several last minute projects that arose when selling my home. She arrived promptly at the scheduled time each day, was kind, considerate, focused and her work is impeccable. Especially important to me, Kelly offered creative solutions to problems throughout. At the end of each day, the areas she occupied were cleaned and spotless. I would use Zoe's again without hesitation!

Kelly told me she would have the master bathroom done by my daughter’s baby shower on October 4, 2014 so my elderly sisters-in-law and sister could stay at my home and not have to drive down and back up to Burlington, VT in one day. It was not done. Kelly told me she was out of state having surgery and gave me 2 different dates in 2 different months that she was released from the hospital. I later did a search and found people gave her bad reviews during this time frame, so she was in CT and was working. She told my daughters that she wasn’t around because her father died. I did a search and found someone with her name whose father died back in 2008. If you do a search for her name and add obituary New Jersey - which is where she says she is from, you can read the obituary. I was diagnosed with uterine cancer and had to have a complete hysterectomy. I shared this with Kelly and that my surgeon said it would greatly help my recovery if she had the bathroom done, walk-in shower and “comfort height” toilet, before I came home from the hospital on April 7, 2015. Kelly promised would have the bathroom done before I came home. She did not get it done. She kept asking for money saying she had to buy things, so I paid her, but she bought next to nothing, certainly not what I paid out.

First off, she promised to send picture updates...that happened once and she took the pictures so sneakily that you could not see the places where she didn't finish - the pictures here are how she left it after 2 years and she will not complete the job. Now I am trying to sell my house since my company asked me to relocate and I have a bathroom with Beautiful tile and heated floors but NO DRAIN piping - what an I supposed to do with that?!? I need to now waste all of my savings (over $20k) to fix how she left the house. This was the worst and most stressful experience ever and I hope I can convince others not to fall into her trap and end up with a bad product or "hidden issues" like I did.

She started the job, but stopped showing up after multiple delays and didn't return any of my calls or emails. I had to hire another company in order to make the front entrance stair railing safe. The company who came in to finish the job said that the wooden railing she installed was not safe. That had to be replaced. Also, her cement was not poured properly. I would like for her to pay for the work that I had to have done to correct her poor/unfinished work.

I didn't use all 6 hours of service so they told me I couild use them again for balance. I called and left msg and emailed them requesting additional work to be done to try to use the balance of time/money I hadn't used. I never received a call back or an email. I wouldn't use them again for this reason. They also had to reschedule and took a while to come out to do the original job. <br />

I purchased a coupon in June of 2015. <br /> It took over 2 months to receive a quote. I should have known that this would be a sign of what was to come. Work began in early September. The walls have been removed but no patching up of the holes it left has been completed. I have been living in a construction site for 4 months and I cannot reach Kelly. I have emailed at least a dozen times, called, and texted and have received no response. Finally, I was able to reach her and we agreed to meet on Friday Dec 18. The day came and went with no response from her and she did not show up. <br /> This may be the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I have already paid 50% and have not received 50% of the work, I regret choosing this contractor. In the 4 months since my job started, I have seen new reviews and new coupons appear on Angies List, so it is clear that she is not too busy but simple refusing to finish my work. I should not have paid 50% in advance and I wish I had only paid for the % of the work that was completed. <br /> Although Kelly is very friendly and seems like a great person, would recommend against her professional services to anyone. <br />

Ok. For 6 hours they spent most of the time trying to install a fixture just to tell me that they cannot do it. They promised to return and finish the job at no cost. I have made several attempts to reach them...even offered to pay for more work that needed to get done but no response. They were very nice bit ultimately I am in the same situation I was in before they came. <br />

The painter did not retape but went over the section with paint. The ceiling looked great, the walls meh there were a couple nail holes and one empty nail that were painted over not repaired as per the deal. I was left a message that the quality of my paint was the issue. That may be partly true but painting over instead of doing repairs which were to be included in the deal was not ok. The ceiling was painted free since the painter didn't like how it looked. I guess it was worth the price but I think I could have done the same thing myself. <br />

I purchased the special for $199 with a plan for reglazing my tub but <br /> Kelly indicated she would not be able to do that in the time allowed for <br /> the special. What she offered me was whatever smaller jobs I had <br /> around the house & a later discount on the tub. So she did a lot of <br /> small things around the house and then for @$350 additional did my <br /> tub. The jobs were done well, with expertise and patience. <br />
