LAE was terrific from start to finish! I highly recommend them. Communication, which is very important to me, was always prompt and responsive.. My house is 120 years old. I hired LAE to remove a small portion of asbestos that was left on basement pipes. They also suggested insulating those pipes with fiberglass, and I decided to take them up on the offer to insulate all hot water pipes. They were flexible negotiating a final price, which seemed very fair. Getting the asbestos removed has been on my mind for years, but until I found LAE, I hadn't felt confident having it taken care of. They were super professional and kept me informed every step of the way. The whole job was completed in less than 2 days, including an independent hygienist inspecting air quality. I am so happy with LAE and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a similar type of job.
