LA Handyman Services

My experience with LA Handyman Services was excellent. He took care of my problem while I was out of state adequately with zero hassle. Not overpriced and very professional. Will utilize him for my rental when needed because of his good work.

On July 14th, I paid Larry half down payment required for job with the impression the work would be started the following Monday according to him. Monday came and he was a no show. I tried contacting him several times and finally that afternoon he explained he had a job that came up and was taking longer than expected and he would start on mine as soon as he finished the issue. That week came and went. July 23rd he told me he would start “Monday for sure”. Then it rained the weekend before and he couldn’t put posts down because of the wet ground. Understandable. July 28th, he said he was coming to drill holes and never showed. Then he said the quickest he could get the drill would be Friday. That came and went. Monday, Aug 3rd, he asked for information on our site plan which I provided. He said he was answering inspector questions and he would be starting that week. Understanding things can come up, I gave him until Aug 17th to either start the job or refund us. The week before that I asked if he decided what he was going to do. No reply. The 15th, I requested our refund and he had until the 17th. He said he would refund me as soon as his guys took the materials back. I told him all he had to do was start the work and he had 48 hours to refund me. Here I am on the 19th, 5 weeks later, filing small claims now because he refuses to refund me or respond. His lack of communication and unreliability is absolutely shameful. After a few weeks of different excuses, I told him my worries of him walking away with the money and he stated that he wouldn’t risk his business like that. Right.

The new vanity looks great! The guys were professional and fast. Would definitely hire again.

I needed all 4 outdoor water spouts fixed, they arrived the same day and quickly. It was realized that the parts needed to be ordered and they came back with the parts the next business day. By than my toilet handle had broken and they fixed that too. Service was quick, clean, reasonably priced and professional. I would hire again. N. Gray

They were fine. They did a very good work. They got the thing rerouted. Everything looked good. There was no leaks.
