We were very pleased with the work that Lake County Roofs completed. They were punctual and efficent and the new roof looks great. They will be coming back in another week or so to install the new gutters. Would definitely recommend them to others!

Darin from Lake County Roofs actually answered the phone when I called. He was out the same day to inspect the roof and gave me a fair quote quickly. He worked with my insurance company on some required code upgrades. His crews showed up promptly when the said they would, and the worked hard all day. My roof looks great. The crew did a great job of cleaning up after they were done. I would definitely recommend Lake County Roof for a complete re-shingle.

The insurance company delayed the job for quite some time due to a difference in the amount of supplies needed. Darin helped me work through the insurance company issues by supplying all the additional information necessary and spending a lot of time following up with me on the status of the claim and target dates. The crew was there at 7 and done by 3 and the only thing showing that anything was done was a great new roof and the sign he asked if he could leave for a week. Not a nail or piece of trash left anywhere in sight.

A hail storm went through the village where I live back in July, and as a result, I needed a new roof, fascia covering replacement, and gutter repairs. Lake County Roofs met my 3 criteria consisting of an A rating, a Super Service award, and recent positive reviews; however, what really caught my attention was that other members were referring to Darin Varsek (President) as honest. After meeting with him at my home, I also found this to be true, and I immediately hired him. He and his crew came 2 weeks later to install the new roof, and they were respectful of me and my property. I thought they would probably be only able to get the tear off done because they arrived at Noon, but they stayed until it was finished. Darin installed the new fascia and repaired the gutters while his crew tore off and installed the new roof. They were all friendly and extremely hard working, and the end result was beautiful due to excellent workmanship and attention to detail. They also did a thorough job of cleaning up my property, too.

A excellent company to work with. I had gone through several companies before hiring Lake County Roofs. Their price was in my range, and beat all the other roofing companies in the area. Very professional - Darin Varsek (President) always called me back through the phone and e-mail. Their packet contained his insurance and State of Illinois license - No other contractor had those items in their packets. Owens Corning Shingles - They also had a 5% Coupon on Angie's List. I am very pleased with their work, and they completed the job in one day.

Lake County did a beautiful, professional job that, as it turned out, had to withstand a freakishly huge amount of rain only weeks after installation. The new roof passed the with flying colors. Plus, it cost over a third less than either estimate from the big box stores. We couldn't be more pleased with our new roof!

Out of three bids that I received from roofing companies (insured-certified-workman's comp.-), this was a very competitive price for good product. They were on time and completed a large roof in one day. Workers were polite and detailed. Cleaned up the property down to the last nail. I would recommend them (and I have).

It went extremely well. The team arrived on-time (actually a few minutes early to start setting up), and completed the job as promised. They even went next door to give the neighbors an opportunity to move their cars out of the work zone!

Lake County Roofs were excellent with our shingle replacement. When problems crept in, they were addressed and we were notified immediately. He was very communicative and kept every promise he made. The roof looks amazing and was done very well and very timely. I highly recommend them.

We made an evening appointment for an estimate and offer of service. He gave me details on what was required and what materials options I had with the difference in prices. He said the work would take 1 or 2 days. After a week of comparisons, I mailed the signed contract to him. We arranged for his company to do the job "soon" and within a week we set a date. He and his crew arrived as planned at 7am and worked until 8pm, completing most of the job. His work crew was responsive to questions and concerns. The second day work started at 7am and was completed. The crew cleaned up meticulously. The new roof is beautiful.
