Mark was excellent to work with. He was very knowledgeable, concientious and a true professional in his work. He always kept me informed as to what he was doing, made numerous suggestions for improving the project and readily shared his knowledge with me. My heating system works great and it is an excellent fit for my application. I strongly recommend Mark to anyone needed a new heating system.

Arrived on time and very easy to work with. Very helpful in explaining my system to me in terms I would understand.

Mark and his wife Stephanie came to my house and were very friendly and courteous. Mark conducted a more thorough search for the problem than the previous contractor Ohio Furnace. I would never recommend Ohio Furnace to anyone. Mark was here almost 2 hours and so far the air conditioning unit is still operating well. The charge was reasonable and he guaranteed the work for the remainder of this season.

Mark Custis and his wife Stefanie were very flexible in scheduling the service time to meet my needs.Mark looked over my submersible pump,tried to repair it and adviced me to replace it.I am impressed by the methodical way he approached the problem.He then shopped around for the best price for the pump by calling a local store rather than going for the same item at a big box store.I had previously got an estimate from another vendor and found that Lake Eirie did the same job at HALF the price. They were personable, and left the place as clean as they found it . I would heartily recommend them anytime..

They were "challenged" to determine if a system that I had been told was totally useless could have a longer life. They were extremely flexible regarding some difficult scheduling issues, showed up when expected, with time allotted for the possibility of spending much additional time if repairs could be made. They were very willing and able to work within some tough conditions. They were quick, efficient and professional. I will be using them for all my heating/cooling/air needs in the future! Thank You!

My overall experience with the company was good. They met all appointments on time, showing concern of other appointments while scheduling. They educated me on my Radiant Heating system in my home, exceeding my expectations on the repair job and staying within my budget. The key to my choosing them was their sincerity in informing me "the first thing we must do is check to see if the system is holding". They provided great service. Thanks for a job well done.

The Custises are very friendly, and very knowledgeable about plumbing and radiant floor heating. I was specifically interested in a hydronic, not electric system. They said that the job would take 12days. They started in mid-December and finished in early February. I don't think they met a single, promised date on this job. They subcontracted pouring a new subfloor to someone else. They know a LOT about plumbing and heating, but very little about floors. The Gypspan started to crack within two weeks. They had no resources (bond, nothing) to cure the defect. The error limited our flooring choices a lot!

Mark is a great guy. He did everything he promised and on time. Price was reasonable too. Would recommend him to others. Thanks Mark!

His price was within our budget. He fit us in his schedule between other jobs to get our air installed as soon as possible. Him & his crew were very neat. They cleaned up every day - you could hardly tell they were there. We would recommend Mark to anyone needing a high efficiency system.

Mark took the time to fit me into his schedule the same 'HOT' day that I called and fixed my air conditioning within 3 hours from when I called .This I thought was amazing because other companies would not even give me a future date

Mark responded within 10 minutes of my putting the request in through ServiceMagic. He has been out to my house once, at no charge, to assess the preoblem. He is scheduled to come back next week to actually work on the problem.
