Lake Remodeling

Alan Redd is a thief. Stole 22,000 from us without finishing any work. Wrote bad checks for the job and did not do any work.

Took deposit, Wrote bad checks to the lumber company. Stole our money and did not do any work.

Do not hire this crook or recommend him and do not give him a penny you will never see him or get work done or get your money back. He took $3,000 from me 10 months ago and never ever started and now he is telling me l can start making payments and my understanding is other's have experienced the same from Allan Redd and he gave them bad checks. I'm done playing with this crook and turning him in to attorney generals office and Laclede county sheriffs office so you will not have this man in business any longer and you will see him on KY3 channel out of Springfield he needs to go to jail before somebody else gets hurt or Mr Allen.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY OR ALAN REDD !!! He took a deposit of $5,000 and then took three months to tear off our old deck. He had excuse after excuse for not beginning construction of the new deck. So we basically had a two foot drop off out our back door into mud for six months. We fired him and he agreed to return $3,000 of our deposit. He sent us a check that bounced all the way back to him He kept telling us he would send money next week, next week, etc... The last I heard from him, he was going to sell some chickens to raise money. The guy is nuts......

Lack of follow through, lack of what they said what they would. Alan was quick to take our money, but they are slow to follow threw. When we signed the agreement he said that he would start in one week, and that was October 5th. Mr Redd has scheduled times to meet with us and Bo call, no showed. Alan has scheduled and rescheduled with us wasting our time. He claims that during that time 2 days of rain has prevented him from starting our job. Alan has given excuses that he has had employee problems. His problems not ours. Do what you say you are going to do. He had two guys show up yesterday with no supervision. The employee looked at me and said he did not know what he was doing. The work left concern so we reviewed with LP and Diamond Kote product warranty/ installation guides and it was being improperly installed which would completely void the 30 year warranty. Alan was called and he was to come to our home to address our concerns once again he did not call, and ge did not attend the meeting. At 11:45 am this morning Lake remodeling (Alan Redd) employees showed up at our house said they had been waiting in their car for Alan since 8am. They decided to show up at our house, and we stopped them from any work. We proceeded to call Alan and at this point nothing is happening until there is some kind of reconciliation. I have no confidence that Lake remodeling Alan Redd to install LP diamond kote siding.

Fine work done on time and in budget. commutation needs a little work, but the finished job was great and the man that did the job was professional and a hard worker to get it done on time
