Lakeside Construction of Columbia LLC
About us
Lakeside Construction focuses on insurance roof replacement, remodeling, renovations, and additions. Call us before you call your insurance company. We are your local insurance roof replacement specialists. Our advantage is our reputation with insurance adjusters. We pre-inspect the roof before you file a claim and give you a fair assessment of damage and potential of an approved claim. If there is sufficient damage and you agree to use Lakeside in the event of an approved claim, we will actually meet with the adjuster on your behalf and after install file the certificate of completion. If we don't think there is enough damage for a claim we will tell you and can still give you a free estimate and do the install. There is never a charge even if nothing is installed. We also do renovations, remodels, additions and outbuildings.

"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], Steven Odom here, the owner of Lakeside. I am sorry you have been disappointed with our service. As I tell as many customers as I come in direct contact with, we are not perfect. If we were you would not need a warranty and we would be considerably more expensive. When we are not perfect we strive to make up for it on the back end. Tom, my production manager has briefly filled me in on your concerns and I will be happy to meet with you to discuss further. Please call me on my mobile at 803-920-8755 to arrange a time that is good for you. Sincerely, Steven Odom"
