Iggy is very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and top-notch quality work as if he were doing it for himself. Our patio looks amazing! Iggy filled all the cracks and pits topped with a polyaspartic coating along with a brick look around the edge of the patio and it looks amazing! Very attractive! Our garage had serious issues of uneven cracks and pitting and crumbling in some areas and also a moisture problem which Iggy professionally took care of all of it at a reasonable price, explaining each step, and topped it with polyaspartic. Excellent work! It looks beautiful! He also stands behind his work. After the jobs were finished Iggy said if anything should come up, questions or anything, even years down the road, to give him a call, his phone will always be there. And helped find time when we had an issue we encountered due to some some water backhaul during application without any issues.I would strongly recommend using them and I would use them again.

I would recommend Lakeside Garage Floors LLC to anyone. Iggy came out promptly and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The garage drywall was crumbling and also needed to be replaced in order to have the cove base applied correctly. His suggestions were very helpful. The project turned out so much better than I ever expected.

I was happy with how the floors turned out. 1. There were some changes to the original agreement as far as the scope of work but all work was completed. 2. I ensured I verified the product he was laying down since I paid for polyaspartic, not epoxy. 3. In the contract he said 5-year warranty when he send the invoice it only should 3 years but he corrected this right away so that was really nice.

He leveled the low spot, treated the cracks, applied a vapor barrier and sealed the curb sides to match the floor. He is a detail oriented specialist. We are very happy with the result.
