LakeStar Painting

Terrible. If you would like someone to slap some paint on your home, they would be perfect. If you want it to look good or last, find someone else. No sanding was done what so ever, but I was told it was all sanded. The paint is peeling and chipping off very easily. There's maybe one coat of really thick paint on everything, and you can see pencil marks, etc through the paint. My wood floors got ruined. They peeled the paint on the ceiling that we weren't painting. They ran the rollers into the ceiling as well and didn't wipe it off so there are different colors of paint blotched all over. Many spots got missed completely on the walls. The floors have paint and tape left behind. The countertops and faucet/sink have dried paint all over. The windows were never scraped after painting and sections of the grates were never hit at all. Multiple colors of white were used on the bulkhead and looks terrible. We ended up paying half of the agreed upon price and they was way too much. I was told everything would look new and not to worry. But then when we complained he said that it was in bad condition and he did the best he could....like we live in a slum. Hard pass if you give a crap about your home, because he wont.

Edgar was easy to get in contact with and arrived on time. He took extra care to prep the wood paneling. The prep work made the finished project look that much better. He worked quickly and was willing to take on additional work.

They were outstanding. They did a great job. They were efficient and affordable. They will come to finish the job next week.
