Jason was so professional and very fast at returning calls and was so polite. The windows are spotless. The only complaint is that the frames and tracks were not cleaned. But, I believe that was my fault for not stating that is what I wanted. Having not hired anyone ever to clean my windows, I didn't realize I had to do that. I definitely will hire Jason again and next time I will let him know what I exactly I want.
