Very professional, great quote system, the house and windows look fantastic. The windows are shiny. The services was completed as expected. My neighbor was so impress that also contracted them to do his house. This was our first time doing business with this company and for sure will contact them next year.

A team of 3 gentlemen came to my home and worked until the job was done. Any concerns I had, was addressed - they went far beyond of regular window cleaning and put everything back together. From windows to tracks to screens and storm windows. EVERYTHING was impeccable. As mentioned, we clean about 250 homes and I would definitely recommend this company to any of my clients and will have them back in the springtime. Noe confirmed our appointment in advance and he & his crew arrived on time. They were friendly, professional and efficient. Shoes were always covered with booties in my home and the work was performed with attention to detail. They washed all windows in my home, plus two porches and the basement. They worked diligently for 5+ hours until the job was complete. I've already recommended them to others and will have them return next spring. Wonderful company!

Lake View Window cleaning arrived on time. They were very professional.answered all my questions and worked with great speed at the same time being very efficient. I have used Noe Lomas for the past 3 years. I couldn't be happier. They work quietly, booties on their shoes so not to soil carpets and put window covering back on windows after they replace the cleaned screens. I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Lakeside  arrived a little late and immediately got to work.  Very professional and respectful of my home and possessions.  They took the time to answer questions and explained everything that they would be doing.  I had several estimates and decided to go with Lakeside because they came to the job before the appointment and gave an estimate instead of nickel and diming me for each thing that would be done.  The windows look and feel beautiful.  My one issue is that on their website today, (I had the windows done yesterday) there is a fifteen dollar off coupon for windows.  I wish that Noah had mentioned it to me.  Just like anyone, I would have liked to take advantage of that opportunity.

I don't have a ladder to reach my second story gutters, and dirt had built up in them to the point of weeds beginning to grow in them.  I had been delaying this project, but saw Lake View's truck drive by yesterday (with "GUTTER CLEANING") written on the side and decided to give them a call.   <br /> I spoke to someone in their office at about 8:00 a.m. and was told that for a two story house, gutter cleaning would cost $120, not including a $15 discount for first time customers.  So I provided my address and was told they'd finish the job "today or tomorrow."   <br /> Sure enough, by the time I was home from work that day, the job was completed and an invoice was in my door. <br />
