No. They left the job unfinished. I paid for the job in advance and always tipped. a great deal of money and he ignored me. Tyler put me on social media -Facebook and Instagram without my knowledge for 2 months making fun of my home. I saw it on Instagram because of a friend of mine. I never gave him the right to do this. They use my name in the video at the end. They used rap music in the background. Tyler would never have done this to any of his other customers. I was with Tyler from the very beginning of his business. I spent over $10,000 with Tyler. I I bought most of the materials, the paint, rollers, etc. I was humiliated. In the video he used my name which was traceable back to me- I used to leave him reviews. I never signed off on any recordings. It was on Facebook and Instagram for 2 months. It is actually breaking the law and is punishable up to $50,000. Tyler offered to do many things to make it right. I paid him in advance. He had his 1 elderly father in law do the work.

Service was great. Respectful of property. Cleaned up nicely and tank was installed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend Lalonde Plumbing.

Second time I have used them and again they were very helpful. I had a leak in a pipe outside and they were able to quickly fix it.
