I locked myself out of my car late at night after a long day at work and thought I was going to be stranded for hours. The gentleman came by and did a diagnostic on my car and told me it would cost me $500.00 to fix it . Told me he would be back the next day and did not come back until two days later after called and told me he had to take the two keys and the module to have them programmed and would be back in a hour and did not come until the next day and finished the job . Then he told me it was going to cost me $900.00 instead of the $500.00 quote he told me up front. I could have taken the car to Bentley and the would have charge me $300.00 to program the keys and another $150.00 for towering.
