I needed the hardwood floors done in one of my rental propertys and two lights fixed in another. He came out and gave me a price. He was able to give me different options for payments and was able to work around my crazy schedule. He way great and will have him back to help fix some of my other rental propertys.

Lance and his team where very good. I had my roof redone on my ranch house. They where fast, clean and easy to talk too. As an older lady I get up later then most and he has made his work hours around what was better for me.

Lance was great. Everything that was installed works great. His professionalism was above and beyond the other schmucks I've had work on my house. He was punctual, he was at my house when he said and finished the work when he said he would. His communication was great, he kept me involved the entire time. Once the work was completed he followed up multiple times to make sure everything was working correctly, he was happy to come out and fix anything that I felt was not up to par. He was very reasonable with his pricing, was very easy to negotiate with, I had a budget and he was very willing to work within that budget.

I called lance and son's to got a quote for Insulation in my attic. There receptionist was very kind and helped me with the questions i had. The guys that came out where very good and had my quote fast. The job did not take long and they cleaned up after they where done. I would recommend them and will call them back if i need any further work done. I put in a photo of the finished attic.
