Services were completed but follow-up was poor. Several plants they planted had died but we never received an answer to numerous phone calls and emails until I sent a copy of the review I was going to give. They then got in touch with us and did replace the plants that had died all of the time complaining about how much it was costing them.

They are the best I have used in my 30 years in Florida. They are very detail oriented, they even use hand trimmers on my bushes a make things are perfect. They are always very nice, so far the most personable crew of yard guys I've ever met, good manners, sober and open to suggestions and eager to please. Seems like a very succesful company, they have a very strong company structure and i can reach the vice-president any time I need to talk to someone.

LandCrafters sends out guys out that look like the are recovering meth addicts to cut the lawn. They damage a sprinkler line and (2) sprinkler heads and try to blame it on the placement in the yard and that they were installed incorrectly. Huh?? Really?? Complete denial in fixing the damage they caused and carried on like rude rednecks. This was carried out on a useless 30 minute phone call that involved talking with the owner Ray who is as bright as a box of rocks. <br /> If you would like recovering meth addicts to cut your lawn and enjoy dealing with low life uneducated business owners that are not even skilled in cutting grass....I highly suggest you call LandCrafters for service. <br /> LandCrafters Services is so terrible I should have had a bunch of Quadriplegic's cut the lawn because they would have done it right. <br /> Save yourself the unnecessary trouble and learn from my mistakes....hiring someone else to cut your lawn. There are plenty of other business out there. <br />

"THIS IS A BALD FACED LIE! We cancelled this member's service because he screamed at and was offensive to our office manager when reporting the problem, tried to blame his brown lawn on our lawn mowing, and attempted to coerce our crew into correcting design dificiencies in his irrigation system by falsely stating that the owner wanted them to do it. This irrigation break was corrected approximately 14 HOURS after he called up screaming about it. We sent two time stamped pictures to Angie's List. The first one from the member time stamped 5:28 PM March 19, 2015 showing a broken line. The second one was taken by me and time stamped 1:00 PM March 20, 2015, several hours after we repaired if at no cost to the homeowner (I went by to make sure it was properly repaired). THIS IS INDISPUTABLE PROOF THAT THIS MEMBER IS DISHONEST and that his comments can not be believed. The personal attacks on my crew and paralyzed persons are a true sign of ignorance and speaks volumes about the type of person who would publicize such trash. No further comment is necessary. Angie's List refuses to delete or modify this review even though they KNOW IT IS UNTRUE. For this reason we have terminated our business relationship with Angie's List. They were wonderful. They are just excellent on everything. I explained what ever I wanted and I never had to redirect them at all. They are doing exactly what I want. Everything is neat and tidy and I am really pleased.

I rarely write reviews, but, we were so impressed with Ray, his work ethic, and creative design, that there was no way I couldn't put 'pen to paper'! <br /> We had a vision of what we wanted - basically a tropical 'barrier' between our cute 50's Ranch and the rest of the street. Ray and his professional team delivered it all!! After going back and forth a few times, we formed a plan that would incorporate what we were looking for, supplemented by Ray's suggestion of local, low-maintenance trees and plants. Day of installation, Ray and his crew arrived on time, worked hard and fast, and completed the project as per contract. <br /> The finished project was exactly what we envisioned, and what Ray claimed it would be. The project draws tons of compliments - with people stopping to chat, and a few surreptitious photos being taken! <br /> This operation is a gem. Excellent all around. Very happy! <br />

Excellent for start to finish. <br /> Ray was very responsive to my initial inquiry. As this is the first phase of a major project, we needed his work completed prior to the second phase. Ray worked with our schedule. <br /> He brought a lot of added value to the project. Built the drain larger than specified to ensure that we were solving the water drainage problem. Furthermore, he spent time with me to explain the details of the drain solution and to discuss next steps to do some landscaping after our contractor's work in complete. <br /> Great attention to the details, added value to the project and a great team! <br /> Exceeded our expectations! <br /> <br /> <br />

We hired Landcrafters of Clearwater to install brick pavers in our back yard. Ray Resnick met with us twice before the job started to determine exactly what we wanted. He was always very responsive to our email both before the job began and during the job. We were out of town when the job was performed so he sent us pictures by email. He called us to make sure that we were happy with the work. The job was completely cleaned up when we arrived home. The pavers look beautiful. It was a very professional job. <br />

I wanted to find a company that would just take care of the landscapingI I have an older gentleman who has always mown my lawn, and I wanted to keep him until he retires. Luckily, I found Landcraters. The owner Ray came out to review my property and discuss the services that I wanted. He sent me an estimate, and they have been taking care of the trees, shrubs and weeding for the last few months. I am so happy with their work. Everything is done to my specifications. They trim my hedges, hand clip my Crotons and Ixoras, and trim my oaks, Hibiscus, Magnolias, Nellie Stevens, Ligustrums, Palms and more. They have removed a hedge for me and made suggestions on new shrubbery. They have also searched for a new Ligustrum tree for me since the one I have may need to be replaced. The landscaping team arrives on time. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and very neat. All the clippings are taken away, and my property has a manicured appearance! They are the best! If I ever move, I will make sure that I utilize them at my new home! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! <br />

The reason I picked them is because they have been doing the neighbor’s property for five or six years and his property is always perfect. They know their plants and are good at grooming their shrubbery. They are quick, clean up, and have a foreman who checks that everything is correct before they leave the job. I’ve had different contractors before and they are honest guys. They bill you online and you can send a check or pay by credit card. Their costs are reasonable and you get what you pay for. The crew provides good quality and they are clean cut. They come around and discuss with you before they do the job. I have a lot of plants and shrubs and they will replace anything you need replaced. They crawl on their hands and knees when getting the job done and it is just perfection when they are gone. The owner is hard working and nothing is too much trouble. They are super and I love what they do. I have no complaints with this company at all.

Ray at Landcrafters has put together a reliable crew that gets the job done and if you are not satisfied with what has been done, he is VERY quick to make it right. It costs $25 per mow, other work $25 per hour per worker. I LOVE Ray and his Landcrafters crew.
