LAND DESIGN CONCEPTS

The drainage system seemed to quit working the next summer.  I attempted to contact them several times.  I continued to attempt to contact them with no success.  They haven't been responsive and water has flooded up in through our backyard twice this year!   Water actually came in through our back door and into the back hallway.  I need this company to come out and fix the drainage system!  I am sure they know who is calling and ignoring my calls!

A tree was planted in the back & he redesigned some landscaping along a fence. Some landscaping was down around a tree where grass wouldn't grow & replanted some grass. An evergreen was also planted as well. A lot of work was done. The plants are guaranteed for 1 year which means if the plant dies in the one year they replace it. I have 2 evergreen shrubs in the front yard that are very brown, dry & are dead. I have 3 azaleas in the front yard that are brown & dead. I have one azalea in the backyard that is dead. I have several very large evergreens in the backyard that he planted that have a lot of brown on them. I realize that plants can die but I have called for three weeks & I have left voicemails but never get a response. I have never received a call back. I think it would be common courtesy to return one business call. Additionally, 2 holly are dead, 8 plants along the driveway are dead, and 1 birdsnest shrub is dead.

It took quite a bit of time to get the job started--over a month after I was told it would start. The project also took longer than I was told when the estimate was given. In the end, I am satisfied with the work, but don't expect Glen to be too responsive to questions. I had to call him often to keep up on how things were progressing and what was causing the delays.

The pond keeps losing water and has been for a year. I've been calling and trying to get him to come back and fix it. The company is owned by Glenn Boepple, he is the person who came in to put in the pond. One of the things he kept telling me was that it needed more dirt. I called him probably every month since this winter to get him to come out and fix it.

The yard was a complete mess, and Glenn was able to make it look new again. He did a great job and was very thorough. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for landscaping or yard work!

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. GLEN ORIGINALLY QUOTED FOR A LARGER JOB BUT WAS WILLING TO DO JUST PART OF IT. DID A REALLY GOOD JOB - CLEANED UP EVERY DAY DURING THE WORK AND KEPT THE AREA SAFE. MY FRONT STEPS LOOK REALLY GOOD NOW.

HE WAS PUNCTUAL, CAME RIGHT OUT AND GAVE ME THE ESTIMATE. HE SHOWED WHERE WE SHOULD PUT EVERYTHING AND GAVE US A DIAGRAM. HE THEN CAME OUT TO DO THE WORK WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AS WELL. HE HAD TO GO THROUGH SOLID CLAY, SO IT WAS A LOT OF WORK. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND WE'LL CONTINUE TO USE HIM.

OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE. SLOW TO RETURN SOME CALLS AND ESTABLISH A START DATE. NICE RESULTS, THEY WORKED WELL, AND WORKED HARD. DELIVERED EXACTLY WHAT THEY PROMISED WITH NO SURPRISES.

WE TOLD GLEN UP FRONT THAT WE WANTED TO DO MOST OF THE WORK BUT NEEDED A DESIGN. HE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND CAME UP WITH A DESIGN, WE THINK WILL BE DOABLE. HE ALSO BROKE DOWN THE WORK INTO PROJECTS AND ESTIMATED THE COST FOR HIM TO DO THE WORK.

WHILE I WAS FINE WITH THE TREE REMOVAL PART, THE DIRT THEY PUT IN MY FRONT YARD WAS FILLED WITH WEEDS. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND THE OWNER TOLD ME TO BUY SOME PRE-EMERGENT WEED KILLER TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I HAVE PURCHASED DIRT BEFORE AND I KNOW YOU CAN BUY STERILE SOIL. I HAVE PLACED STERILE SOIL IN OTHER PARTS OF THE YARD AND IT HAS BEEN WEED FREE FOR AT LEAST SEVERAL MONTHS. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN HIS RESPONSE. I HAD USED THIS COMPANY ON ANOTHER PROJECT AND THAT WENT WELL. THIS MOST RECENT EXPERIENCE WAS DEEPLY DISAPPOINTING HOWEVER, AND I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO OTHERS.

HE TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 3 WEEKS FOR HIM TO GET TO ME. IT TOOK HIM 6 WEEKS FOR HIM TO GET TO ME AND THAT WAS AFTER I CALLED HIM. HE WAS VERY UNRESPONSIVE. I FELT THE WORK WAS OVERPRICED AND HE ONLY DID AN AVERAGE JOB.

GLEN IS VERY THOROUGH AND HONEST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS WORK. IN ADDITION, HE IS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND FRIENDLY. WE WILL MOST LIKELY USE THEM AGAIN NEXT YEAR!

HE WORKS PRIMARILY HIGH SCALE. THE OWNER IS THE ONE MEMBERS TALK TO AND HE STANDS BEHIND HIS WORK. ALSO PATIENT BECAUSE SHE CHANGED HER MIND A LOT. COST -$3500.
