After he sent me a new contract the prices were just too high, I retired and it was just too much for me and I wasn't really happy with some of the work so. I have somebody now that they only charge $25 for cutting.

Land Details was very prompt in returning my calls, and was able to complete the job in a very timely manner. My yard was badly overgrown to say the least. The quality of work actually exceeded my expectations. I was sent before and after pics, so that i did not even have to be present.  I would use their services again without any hesitation. <br />

It honestly didn't go well.  They didn't listen to what I wanted.  What I got was ok but I've ended up having to modify a lot of the work.  They were great guys but I just felt like their communication could have better.

In mid January I could no longer physically shovel the snow from my very long driveway.  I never expected to have such an easy time getting help in the middle of the season but one call to Land Details and I had service within 24 hours.  They returned after each snowfall of greater than a couple of inches and we all remember what February was like this year!  I could not have been happier with their service and will be contracting with this service again for next winter. <br />

They did a great job. They were courteous, professional, and accommodating when dealing with my neighbor who was nervous about where they might pile the snow. At $50 it was a bargain for me not to have to drive a good distance just to clear my drive and walkway. <br />

ON TIME.

*  The top layer of grass was removed from the section between the fence and the driveway, but they didn't clear down far enough <br />    to allow the Red Stone to set down in the ground where the grass had been.  The weed barrier fabric was put in place almost <br />    level with the driveway, so that most of the Red Stone is driveway level or above.  This means that the stones keep falling out of <br />    the border area into the driveway. <br /> *  Rather than being removed, the weeds were just turned-over in the garden beds. <br />   <br /> *  The pots were placed in the gardens as requested. However, more than 1.5  to 2 inches of mulch were installed  - <br />    as much as 4 to 5 inches in most areas, totally covering the Vinca Minor plants in one bed. When I asked about the plants <br />    having been covered over, Tom said they would be fine.   When I asked if they could spread any "extra" mulch in a bed located <br />    on the other side of the house that also contains Vinca Minor, he said covering those plants is "not recommended".  I questioned  <br />    why, then they'd covered the same plants on the bed on the other side of the house.  He didn't answer. <br /> *  Instead of "neatening or straightening" the existing beds in the backyard as I'd requested, they just edged those beds following <br />     the edges that had grown in crookedly. <br />     When I talked to Tom Garro about coming back to address the edging of the garden beds, he said that he was to "define the existing beds" and he said he'd done that and wasn't coming back.  I'm guessing he wasn't thrilled that on the day they arrived I'd asked him to place six pots in the back garden as well.  I don't know.  I just know that I had to try to uncover all the young Vinca plants that they'ed covered with 3 to 4 inches of mulch; and I had to try to straighten/neaten the edging of the gardens along the sides and back of our backyard.  That was frustrating because that was what we'd paid Land Details to do. <br />

They did a great job clearing everything and the extra cost for the ice melt is worth it. As soon as I signed the contract, Tom let <br /> me know I was on his list. They came as soon as the snow stopped. Tom also made contact when icing was predicted to ask if I needed ice melt applied. <br /> <br />

He is great; I would give them all A's.

Tom came out to provide an estimate, he asked several questions and made recommendations.   He arrived on time and provided an estimate when he promised.  The estimate was detailed and had professional terms and conditions, something that is typically missing from most estimates.   A huge benefit was the ability to make a credit card payment online through his web site.....no more mailing checks!   Tom's upfront work in quotations/estimations exemplifies his work ethic and and seriousness towards his business, not to mention his work was thorough and perfectly done.   Tom is professional, punctual and reliable and it shows in his finished product.  I found his estimate to be slightly higher than others but still fair, I will gladly take professional and reliable over cheap and unreliable.  I plan to use his services again and recommend him for friends and family. <br />

We received quote for front area of our yard and were satisfied with the quote.  They showed up on time and on the day of service Land Details went above and beyond and did the beds in our back yard as well.  They worked quickly while it was raining and the finished product looks great!  They dug up all the rocks that previously lined the beds and re-lined them.  Overall we're highly satisfied and would definitely recommend Land Details to others. <br />

I can't say enough how happy we are with Tom and his company.  Tom has been a pleasure to work with.  He is very prompt with communication and his work speaks for itself.  I have since had 1 neighbor use him and 2 ask for his contact details.  I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.  His work is fantastic and i will continue to use him year after year.  Tom is also very fair and honest, you can trust him.  He doesn't try to sell you something that you don't need.  He takes much pride in his work. <br />

I've been using Land Deals for about a year and a half now. They handle all my landscaping, year round. I don't have to worry about anything. The grass is always cut. The snow always gets removed. They're there first thing in the morning. They're very responsive. If I have any questions, they respond immediately. I think their price is a little on the high side on some things, but for me, it's worth it, because they're extremely reliable. They're very good and very easy. I get a notification. Everything is through email, just to make sure everything is in order. Invoices are emailed to me every time they service me.
