LANDEROS DRYWALL

DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT LET THEIR WEBSITE AND REVIEWS FOOL YOU. If the pictures don’t convince you enough, here is a recap of our recent experience with Landeros Drywall llc. 1. They canceled the night before (10 pm) they were scheduled to start the project with no explanation after we had rearranged our schedules to accommodate them. 2. On the day and time they scheduled themselves to start the project, they arrived 2 hours late, again with no explanation. We ended up calling them and asking them where they were and they simply said "Menards." 3. The “crew” was dropped off and asked us for a hammer they forgot to bring and to use a piece of drywall we were discarding as part of the project after it had been loaded into the bed of our truck. Helped themselves to our supplies that we had stored in the area they were working in. 4. Since they were without a vehicle, they decided to use the back of our house for a bathroom break (picture included) and loitered in our home for 2 hours after the job was completed that day waiting to be picked up. 5. On the day they said they would be finished with the project, they failed to apply the texture that we had agreed upon and told us we did not have it in our contract (which was a lie) and then quickly said they would come back the next day after realizing they were wrong. 6. The texture that they promised would match the rest of the space (and what we paid extra $$ for) does not match at all and we were better off doing it ourselves. 7. Last but definitely not least, the sheer SLOPPINESS and lack of care has left us with replacing every outlet, carpet, flooring, etc. in the space they “worked” on. This was the worst contractor experience we have ever had.

Working with Landeros Drywall was a positive experience from start to finish. Abraham was upfront & honest about the costs and was able to get started on my project within 24 hours of me reaching out. His crew was as neat & tidy as it gets when it comes to finished drywall work and were very respectful of our home. The quality of work was excellent and would recommend Landeros to anyone in need of drywall work.

Had them drywall a new MAN CAVE in our home. Very professional. Work was perfect. They taped the doorway and floors. Very clean and left the MAN CAVE looking great! Going to call them again for another smaller job.
