The job started off very basic, but as he progressed we were able to have him do additional work. He was very responsive and respectful of the property and did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was complete. He used excellent quality materials and if anything was turning out less than expected he was ready to make it right. Overall I was extremely pleased with the work and would certainly hire him again! His biggest challenge was that he is so good and so reasonable that his demand is very high. In spite of that, he was able to manage the time at my place and other jobs very well.

Richard did two things most contractors don’t do. He communicated and showed up when he said he would. He finished on schedule and the work done was very good quality and prices were very reasonable. We’ve already recommended him to our friends.

Richard did an excellent job. I have an older house with a lot of fire blocks in the attic. He had to move my dining room fixture and place a bathroom light fixture and the microwave which required a lot of attic time. He did an excellent job and was extremely professional. He and his wife are great!
