Job done as planned

This was the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. Really straight forward, prompt, and fair.

We had a complete renovation of our condo's interior done by Landmarc and were beyond pleased with the workmanship, attention to detail, adherence to schedule and pricing. We will definitely use Landmarc for any future building projects we might have. George is very easy to work with.

George (Landmarc Homes owner) sets the bar very high, so just realize that it may be difficult to hire and be satisfied with others afterwards, seriously. In summary, George was communicative, flexible, and personable and when I describe our experience to others, we hear, â  wow, thatâ  s how it should beâ  (referring to renovations). We expressed some frustrations in our prior experiences â  timelines/communication/cleanliness. George made those concerns a top priority. The weekly milestones were always met, even if it meant working beyond the normal weekly hours; it was not only to meet the timeline but also to ensure the boys bedrooms were complete before school started (personable). George provided daily updates via text/phone call, which was very nice to remain up to date on all the changes because there were a lot. If we had questions or concerns, George made himself available by call or text. I feel like we may have been a little high maintenance at times, but George never made us feel that way. Throughout the process, George was very flexible with our selections and choices even if it was an indecision of our own. George is a very driven and talented owner with a sharp attention to detail; I donâ  t think any reasonable person could be anything less than impressed with the work and experience. Weâ  ll be hiring George for our next renovation.

Landmarc Homes is George's company so when you work with George you get personal service. George is very friendly, outgoing, and thorough. He was willing to work in my time frame and get the job done right. He made sure everything was clean and I was happy throughout the whole process. George replaced the water heater in my garage, built out a closet from the garage side to my granddaughters bedroom closet to house the new water heater all within 2 days and without even noticing that the water was shut off. Don't let the fact that George comes dressed like he's out of GQ fool you he comes to work and get the job done, just looks good while he does it LOL. I would definitely recommend George and also use him again if I have a project that's in his field.

George and his crew were absolutely amazing! This home was completely gutted to the studs and everything totally redone to new condition. Everything was properly permitted through the city. Throughout the entire job I did not have to worry as they showed up to work everyday and did quality work. George makes sure everything is done right and did not cut corners anywhere. They finished in time and everyone who saw this project raved on the high quality work. We were under contract in two days from list. I definitely recommend George for any type of contracting work. He did a great job for me and has extremely high standards if excellence. Hiring him is a wise decision for sure!

The company, from my knowledge, is a newly established company. They completed the requested work. There was a few issues that I had to address. In time, the issues were rectified. Landmark Homes is the best. George worked with me on every aspect of my bathroom remodel. George made sure everything was perfect. Even when I said it looked great if there was a way to make it better he did it. My bathroom is gorgeous and I find myself in there just to look at it at least 3 times a day. I will definitely call Landmarc Homes when I'm ready to have my kitchen updated.

At first glance I was really excited about my bathroom, and as I started cleaning and looking at the work, I was not that happy. I did talk to George about the master bath tile, that we are not happy with it. The tile was not even and the group was a bit sloppy. Than I notices the marble on the vanities had some scratches and I told George about it and he came with some polish but it did not good. I finally got George to give me the name of the manufacture and I had to fight with them my self. They did not want to do anything for me. I noticed in the guest bathroom, the knob where you flush looks like it is corroding already. I am so disappointed. It cost me a lot of money to remodel both bathrooms and it seems that once George got his last installment of the money, he did not want to have any thing to do with us. I might add that this work was done in Oct. or 2017. My mistake is I did not ask for an itemized bill so that I will know where the stuff came from and how much it is. Will I hire him again, No.

Not only was the result beyond my expectations, but George and his assistant were highly professional and delivered on every aspect of my renovation. Any renovation is a process and problems will occur. But at the end of the day the result is what matters. My result is impressive. My bathroom is gorgeous.
