Steve was great to work with. We had drawings done by an architect we planned to work with who then couldn't meet our budget in the end. We found Steve who took those drawings and made small changes that led to major impacts. Steve helped us build a beautiful ADU. He saw the project through from start to finish. He was often at the jobsite overseeing things. He made sure the project was built correctly and would answer our call every time. He was timely, professional yet personable and extremely knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him and have to our friends who were building.

Steve and his team are awesome. He has a ton of experience and knowledge on all parts of the design and construction process. It was the time project for my wife and I had done and having Steve there to help was a great experience. Steve is a great person to work with not only on you drawings and plan but also to shepherd us through the permit phase with the City of Denver. We had several changes and Steve handled everything we throw at him. His knowledge of the Permit process was invaluable to us. He worked with us to get everything we needed in our tandem home and used every square inch to satisfy our wants for the perfect home.
