Landmark PE is my go to GC for anything dealing with my house or my clients house. I’m very grateful to have met a good craftsman who has integrity. You hear scary stories all of the time about contractors so I’m very happy with the services I’ve received and I will be working with them again.

I have had Alfonzo and his company do almost all of my renovation work at my homes and office for many years. He renovated the inside of my office and is currently working on turning an old garage into a high end office area. We had a major water loss at our second home at the coast, and he and his crew drove down, did the cleanup, replaced flooring and painted everything in two days. He has also done numerous projects at my personal home, including new flooring, cabinets, installing appliances, lighting, doors and just recently redid our entry foyer with new drop lighting and tongue and groove. We would not use anyone else for renovation projects and are planning another flooring job, painting the exterior and a bathroom renovation. Very honest, responsive and does excellent, quality work!
