This contractor did not insist that I install the new roof, and say that repairing the roof was not an option. He was reasonable and agreed with my insurance company that the roof should be fine for another year or two. no guarantee, of course . When I install the new roof I will use this contractor because he was reasonable and respected my view and my finances.

Get more than 1 bid, I knew this and didn't do it. Shame on me. Pricey, unorganized and unprofessional. Never showed up on time with a lot of delays. Lots of excuses, even blaming my email server for delay on receiving bid (a week). Almost 1 week later a guy showed and completed the leak repair. He did a good job in a hour and a half. Even in broken English, this guy was the most knowledgeable by far.
