The excavator for the job was delivered the evening before unbeknownst to us. The man delivering the excavator pulled down one of our utility lines. When Justin came the next morning, he pointed it out and took full responsibility for another company?s error. We knew we had picked the right company. They did a great job digging, saving our lilac bushes. They kept us informed throughout the process. The time without water was minimal and they dealt with the water dept. directly for inspections, shutoffs, turn ons, etc. Bill was lower than quoted!

Justin showed up on time and was responsive to any of our desires. He worked with us on our scheduling and our budget to get the job done quickly and without hassle. Justin allowed me to work along side of him as the project progressed to keep me informed of any issues that we found and how we could work around them. Justin even came out on a day he was not planning to be on site due to having a delivery of dirt that we needed his support for. His desire to get the job done right is very evident.  <br /> Overall, I am very happy and impressed with Justin's work. Justin worked 10 hr days, which I think is the only thing that could be seen as a downside. 10 hr days are very long for any time of work, let alone hard outdoor excavating and landscape work. I think it would be better to lean towards an 8 hr work day to make sure productivity rate stays at 100% all day. <br />

From the outset I was extremely impressed with the personal attention provided by Landry and Son Excavation LLC. Landry and Son Excavation LLC exceeded my every expectation and their pricing was extremely fair.  Justin's experience with each machine and excavating tool showed as he was very efficient in even some very tight spaces.    At the end of each day Landry and Son Excavation LLC left the work area in a very clean state. My job was completed in a very timely manner.  I would highly recommend Landry and Son Excavation LLC for any job large or small.
