Lights burned out and buried wire was exposed less than a year after install. After numerous emails, received a response and they came out to fix. Lights burned out again in fall of 2016 and no one from this company will respond to emails or return calls. Moreover, after having a certified electrician complete a home inspection, they stated the wiring used for the floodlight was not to code / graded for outdoor use. Have made multiple attempts to contact the company, but no one will respond to email or phone calls. If they are not out of business already, they should be. RUN AWAY from this company.

I did have some issues with them. I directly called the company owner and got it straightened out. The company was fine. It was the technician that was not that great. They were pricey. They were responsive. Their punctuality was the big problem. I would rate the professionalism of the tech a C and not the company and the tech is representing the company. I would use them again, but I would not use the same tech. I would recommend that they do not send the same tech out.

He came out and gave me a quote and everything. But I ended up going with another provider. I ended up going with someone else, not for anything they did wrong. I just made a different choice. The worker was very professional.

Initially it went ok. The work was performed sometime in February. Never got any paperwork so I don't know the exact date. A few months after the install, one of the lights went out. Turned out to be a bulb of which they are all LED. The did eventually come out and replace the bulb however it was the wrong bulb as it was a different color than the original install. Within the last couple of weeks I've had two more bulbs stop working out of 15 total installed. I have contacted them twice via phone and twice with emails and no return communication. Also in the meantime I have discovered several areas where the wiring is visible and one area where the wire was never even buried. I could be wrong but I believe per codes the wires need to be buried at least six inches below ground. The lights mounted on my fence have the wiring attached with zip ties. It looks pretty cheap when there are many other types of wire clamps that would have looked much cleaner. Looking back on everything they seemed more concerned about making the sale, which was overpriced, and not so much on actually performing good service. I hope Angie's List will lend a hand in righting the wrong. <br />

The salesman missed the first appointment scheduled for 10:00 April 23 - received call from officie at 9:10 He had emergency.scheduled next appointment for April 28 at 10:00 and salesman showed 20 minutes late. He got stuck in traffic. <br /> Salesman was very honest about the deal I had purchased the 6 landscaping lights for $649. I could take the deal but I would be calling again to add additional lights. His ideas were right on and what type of lights and where to put them. The job was scheduled for May 6 and it would take 2 days. They called to say they could come out earlier and they did and installed all of the lights in a day and a half. The lights look great and one of the lights went out just a few weeks ago and I called and they were out the next day. There is a 5 year warranty on the lights. <br />
