We had Walker run a line off the main and install backflow for a sprinkler. He got the job done earlier than expected and it looks good too! He spent a lot of time explaining things to us and helping us plan out our sprinkler, and he has made himself available if we have more questions. Price was very competitive too.

Bad!!!!! "Don't use this co. William Walker was hire to put in a sprinkler system @ one of my apartment buildings. He tried to splice into the main water pipe to put in a tee. He could not get it done, so after several attemps he just left. I happen to be a contractor myself, so I had to fix the pipe. I finial got the water back on after about 7 hours. My tenants were very mad! I then went over to the bank and put stop payment on the check I gave him. He then started texting with threats. I had to call the police and file a police report #17035559 with the Lakewood Police Dept.

"lol, thanks for at least giving me the C on price. And for clarification, I had a vehicle go down during this job and Mr [Member Name Removed] got irate that I had to leave the job to fix it. I was only gone off site for about 90 minutes when he called me and fired me. To make matters worse, he stole materials from my trailer, some paste, flux, and sharkbite couplers. I tried to apologize and makr it right, but Mr [Member Name Removed] left us no choice. We stand by our decision, given the circumstances there was nothing else we can do. He did file a police report on us, but that was only after I confronted him about his theft."

William was quick to reply to my angies list request. His estimate was reasonable compared to another quote we had received prior, but he is more local in Littleton and was all over his stuff, always easy to get a hold of via text and phone with questions and details, and included a 90 day guarantee! They were able to complete the work in the time frame he estimated, even dodging endless rain recently, and their work was top notch! My wife and I love the new curb appeal of our house and will be accenting with potted plants and a little seating area soon!!

William was great to work with. He was very knowledgable, thorough and showed a passion for getting it done right. He went above and beyond the original scope of work, including trimming some bushes that were blocking the sprinkler heads and even took a break to play with our dog. I would highly recommend others engage William at Landscapes 101. We will be bringing him back to help with new projects soon!

The entire process was smooth, he was professional, punctual, on time and finished in a timely manner. He even came back on his day off to finish some work at no extra charge. It was a great experience for me. Mr. Walker is young, hardworking and very responsive to a customer's needs. The price was reasonable and fair. I am extremely pleased with the work! I intend to hire Mr. Walker and his company Landscapes 101 to do additional work in my front yard as soon as possible. I came home to find water bubbling up from the ground from an underground leak in the sprinkler system. I contacted 4 "Super Service" sprinkler repair guys from Angie's List. Three of them never responded and the one that did wasn't available for 3 weeks. My lawn would be scorched by then. So I decided to give the new guy a try. He answered the phone, was able to put me on the schedule two days later and gave me a rough estimate of what the work would entail. He showed up on time, was courteous and performed the repairs that I needed. William gets a thumbs up from me!

Work was done promptly to my satisfaction! Walker was responsive and very responsible. He takes a lot of pride in what he does and very much values his "brand"!! Outstanding. Was able to come out 4 days after my call. Great communication. Friendly manner. Very knowledgeable about sprinkler systems and landscaping. Spent an extra hour talking over potential future business, and even made a couple of simple repairs to stuff that bugged him. Will do business again.

William did a great job. He was on time and got right to work. I asked him to replace a 24year old sprinkler valve. Part way through I asked him to replace 3 valves instead of just the one. He worked deligently and got all three replaced. He charged a great price and did a great job on the repair. I would hire him again in a second.
