Great! Richard Story was efficient and very friendly.

Overcharged. 80.00 per hour for labor. Didn't get what I asked for. Was very sporadic at showing up. Was suppose to start on 26th didn't show till the 28th. In 10 days they worked 13.5 hours x 2. No more than 1300 in materials then charged over 80. An hour for labor. Shorted me 1 layer of block on the retaining wall. Didn't liquid nail any layer for stability as told he would. Now my street in front of my house has large amount of dirt/sand that I have to clean up.

The job was to Install pavers, walkways, turf, plants, and lighting. The pavers came out good. The rest was a disaster. Even though Mr Story was enthusiastic at the beginning of the project, his poor reliability, poor communications, and especially supervision and direction skills were lacking. -The Base (crushed concrete) was scattered all around the Traveler Palms, choking them out. This carelessness will certainly kill them if not corrected. - The plants were laid ON TOP of the Base. No digging down to soil. As a result, several plants died within 24hrs. We had to hire professional landscapers to correct this disaster. -The wiring was a complete hack job. Several lights shorted out as a result of Not using the waterproof electrical junction boxes. I had to hire an electrician to correct the deficiencies. - On several occasions, after you dropped the workers off and left them unsupervised, your 'highly skilled' work crew took lengthy breaks in their A/C cars. Unsatisfactory.

Richard is honest, hard working, and offers fair prices all while doing a fabulous job! I will be using him for all of my landscaping needs from now on.

Richard arrived on time with all the necessary materials and personnel. The site was cleared and debris removed in a timely manner and without disruption to the neighborhood. All plant materials were healthy and have survived the heat and weather in Florida since installation. He made numerous adjustment to our sprinkler system so that all landscape is on a timer and safely watered. <br /> Richard and staff were friendly and professional. They were able to complete the job in the allotted time and we are very pleased with the experience.

Rich was polite and courteous to both my husband and myself. He was there on time each day during our landscaping project and made sure his things were cleaned up and the yard wasn't a mess at the end of each day. He gave us an honest estimate and stuck to our budget. It was truly a great decision to go with Landscaping by Richard Story. We highly recommend him and have told many friends already about what a great job he did!!
