Great! Very professional and friendly. Arrived on time as scheduled. Jim and the tech support team are wonderful to work with as well as being very knowledgeable. We use this company as well for our monitoring and have been very pleased. They provide off site system checking which I am able to see on my phone app. Plus, I love the phone app, it works great!

Had Lane Electronics for many years, lets just say companies change and lose focus! My opinion, they are not anywhere near the company that I had for years.   <strong>I needed to get away from these people,</strong> even though it is one big hassle to move from one company to another.   <br /> A new company brings new equipment , monthly contract, monthly cost increase, new passwords and programming but well worth getting away from them!!!!!!  I had two places with them, (home & Office), and I changed them both. <br /> Calling for service is where they fell down on the job!  My system went totally down, called them for service but was told that they <br /> couldn't get to me for a week.  I was told that it sounded like the motherboard fried and needed replacement and that is a 2 to 3 hour job.  Wow..I told them, I'm completely down with no security system I need to get someone as quick as I can. <br /> I was told that they were really shorthanded that week due to hunting trips.  They promised to get me the following week on Friday.  I explained to them, if it was going to be a 2 to 3 hour job that it need to be early because I needed leave at 4:30 that Friday.  <br />  I am a pretty loyal person and do not care for a lot of change so I accepted their appointment for the Friday of the following week at 1:00.  They said that they understood and promised to be there by 1:00 that day.  I agreed to wait for over a week with a downed security system because of loyalty. <br /> That day rolled around and nothing at 1:00, nothing by 1:30, nothing by 2:00 and nothing by 2:30, no calls or anything,  so I called them!  I was told that the guy was on his way!  He arrived at 3:45, checked the system and confirmed the problem and it will be a 3 hour job. <br /> They wanted to rescheduled for another day and I asked for the following day.  I was told that they do not work on weekends. WOW... my system down for over a week, they show up 2 1/2 hours late and they do not work weekends!  This is where I'm thinking of ending our relationship. <br /> I gave them one more chance...If they could figure out a way to fix my system without me have to take more time off from work then I'm willing to work with you.  Nothing...I mean nothing, I didn't even get a phone call back on that one...Wow! <br /> I picked up the phone and call several other security companies and they would come meet with me Saturday or Sunday.  They all were ready to have people fixing my system with in 12 hours.  <br /> <strong>I do not recommend Lane EIectronics!</strong> I strongly recommend for you to pass over this company, there are just to many other and better options available to you. <br />

Our neighborhood had experienced a number of breakins. I wanted a company that provided monitoring without a costly contract and Lane fit the bill. Thank goodness, they were never tested in a real emergency but once my teenage son came home and didn't disarm the system quickly enough. Lane called the house (I was on jury duty and had my cell phone on silent) and he also couldn't remember the emergency code word (kids!!). The sheriff was there almost immediately, and I came out of court to a number of missed calls. All was well and I was impressed with their response. <br /> We later moved to a small gated neighborhood where the houses are literally three feet from each other and I don't have an alarm system--if I did, I'd choose Lane again. <br />

Tim from Lane Electronics was professonal and appeared to enjoy a challenge. Although our alarm system was not maintained by Lane, Tim was able to locate and correct several small problems that added up to one larger problem when the system would not run properly.  Someone else may have found only one of the problems and called it a day, but Tim went through the system each time until he found and corrected each individual piece.  The system works perfectly now and I am very grateful and pleased with the work. <br />

Good service provider.  Have been a customer for over five years and have always received good and prompt service from them.  No hype, just down to earth good service. <br />

This company was recommended by a friend who uses them for his company's security system and his own home residence. <br /> They were punctual, friendly and professional. This company runs circles around ADT which has poor customer service in the Orlando area. <br /> I wish I would have found this company years ago! We plan on using them for other services that they provide. <br />

AFTER BEING ABRUPTLY CUT OFF BY MY FORMER COMPANY (FLORIDA BUDGET ALARM),I CONTACTED LANE ALARM AND TOLD HIM OF MY PREDICAMENT. I EXPLAINED THAT FLORIDA BUDGET ALARM CUT ME OFF, BECAUSE I DID NOT USE HIM TO REPAIR MY SYSTEM AND NOW HAD NO MONITORING SERVICE. HE PROCEEDED TO COME RIGHT OVER AND SPENT A COUPLE OF HOURS RECONFIGURING MY SYSTEM, SO I COULD BE MONITORED AGAIN.
