Langhorn HVAC-R & Maintenance is a Central Heat and Air Installation Service Provider for residential and commercial installs. We work as a team that consist of Licensed General Contractors, various other contractors and subcontractors to install your units. Langhorn assumes all associated responsibilities to assure a code enforced safe installment for your project. With your complete installation, we provide preventative maintenance services at a nominal fee to insure that your system has the longest life span possible. You are allowed to become a life time member whenever we install your system at a discount rate if you opt in for our program. Units come with a 5 to 10 year warranty on all major parts of your system backed by our equipment supplier. Langhorn provides the labor on all warranted parts. You will receive a list of those parts upon installation. The life span of our systems such as Goodman, Trane, Lennox and Carrier carry life spans of up to 25 years. You have the choice of hard or flex duct. Humidifiers, emergency overflow drainage and other safety devices are also available such as smoke detection disconnects, along with low and high pressure cut off switches. Pressure switches save the life span of your compressor. Emergency water overflow disconnects that will immediately turn off your system if necessary preserves the life of the housing structure itself that stabilize your unit: walls, ceiling, framing, sheet rock etc. We guarantee your satisfaction and we don’t consider a job complete until the job is done correct. For a promotional sales price of $874.99 ( regularly $1799.00 )a certified technician will service your unit every 3 months for a total of 4 times in the 12 month period from the date that you order the service. This service is provided for central heat & air split or package units that range from 1 ton to 5 ton systems. For units over 5 tons, Langhorn HVAC-R and Maintenance will also provide you with a free duct system inspection.
