This company does fabulous work. I have had them out twice, for two different issues, and both times they got here as quickly as possible and their work was very well done. Shawn came out on both issues and he is fabulous. He is so friendly and he takes a lot of time to explain what he needs to do, the cost, and then provides tips for keeping the plumbing working after he's finished. My husband says he is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work - just the kind of person you want working on your plumbing needs.

Shawn was the technician whom was tasked with my water leak. He is an AWESOME technician and person, and I hope he will be the technician responding to any of my future plumbing issues. Don't ever shave the beard or you may lose your plumbing mojo.

Binley Plumbing promptly came to my aid when my hot water heater was leaking. Bobby and his co-worker explained what was required and completed the job in a professional manner. The worksite was left clean and the price charged was very fair. I definitely will be calling again for my plumbing needs.

Did a good job wuickly

Sean quoted us a fair price for only what we needed for sewer replacement, and included the piping all the way to the street in this price as opposed to an extra charge. Digging and repairs were done timely. There is a 1-year warranty.

First company to respond and set an appointment immediately. I got a few quotes; everyone else upsold the project sight unseen. Bobby came in and immediately saw the issues other companies were up charging for, without saying a word his price included all of them. They worked quickly and were very thorough, and too. Time to explain what they were doing as they went. Also took a few minutes to walk me though the steps for maintenance and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I hope I don’t need a plumber for a while, but I’ll call them first every time from now on.

Without a doubt Binley Plumbing is the most honest plumbing company we have ever used. We have been in our home since July 1974 and through the years we've had our share of plumbers come out. Not a one of the other plumbing companies can compare to Binley. They are prompt, very courteous, understanding, they know what to do and how to do it, and they are reasonable in their pricing. I've used Binley twice. Both times they have performed a miracle. Today Bobby and J.J. came and unclogged our kitchen drain. I had the biggest mess and they did what was needed to do to fix my drain without even hesitating about all the mess. I like this company, and I rank Binley 5.0 on quality, customer service, and money value for work done.

I've owned houses and a couple of businesses in different cities and states over the past 40 years and have needed a plumber on a number of occasions. Jimmy Lanham is by far the absolute best. He genuinely cares about his customers, his workmanship is superb, and he is open, fair and honest about the job. Highly recommended!

Jimmy was an excellent communicator, very prompt and knowledgeable! He replaced our very old water heater with ease, despite a stuck shutoff valve and broken drain valve. All like new now and up to code! He also quickly fixed an ongoing problem with our air conditioner drain line as a side bonus! Very fair and upfront pricing, very courteous and left the areas very clean where he was working. Canâ t say enough, look no further for a plumber if youâ re in the need! Hard to find true professionals like this!

They installed a tankless mini hot water heater.

Shawn was so helpful! He installed 3 faucets, pipes and shut off valves that were bad due to corrosion. Shawn did a great job communicating and arrived on time. When we have need for a plumber again we will definitely reach out to Binley! Couldn’t be more pleased!

They came to check a stoppage that another company had found and wanted X amount and I was like , get a second opinion and so glad I did, although it didn?t back up and seemed to have been fixed, either they were trying to sell me what I didn?t need opposed to this company showing me what they would do and had way better knowledge and not try to sell you what other co. was and at their most expensive repair plan. Thank you Binley and the service men that came to check for free!!! A all the way . I couldn?t rate on performance and the other since it seemed to work just fine. Go figure. Ha I will be calling these guys if the problem happens for sure !!! Thanks again for coming out !!!
