Michael is an exceptional workman with an eye for detail. He knows his business. He let us know what to expect from each product he would use to seal our natural stone and tile grout. Would use him again.

Mike arrived on time, and completed the work; however, the work didn't seem like that of a professional. First - there was a film left on the glass tiles from the grout he suggested we use rather than the grout sold to me by Emser Tile. I have had to go and purchase some grout film cleaner in hopes it takes it off, but the directions say I have to wait 10 days for a complete cure before you use the cleaner. Therefore, the result is still in the open. Second- I found that when I was unable to put the electrical plug covers on since the tiles were in the way of the plate screws. My call unanswe

Mike Wilkes did a great job. Really thought thru on squaring the granite tile counter top. New ranges wouldn't fit it becos the tiles on both sides were not squared right. He did that and all the new ranges are fitting in. He charged $275, which I thought was little on the high end for just sawing and grinding. Showed up almost on time. He said 8 am and showed up at 8.10 to 8.15 am. Will hire again if needed. Thank you Mike.

Hired Michael for granite repair. He failed to clamp the broken piece to the main piece causing the surface to be uneven. His response when challenged was ���yeah, it���s too bad it slipped.��� To try to ���fix��� the problem, Michael returned several days later and ground down the granite. It looked somewhat better but will always look like what it is: a VERY BAD repair job. I was billed $200. I have 100% confidence that for $10 or less in materials and clamps I have on hand, I could have done a MUCH better job myself and really, really, wish I had.

Very good tile person. Job was completed in 2 days. He tiled bath walls and floor. La Qru tile was friendly, did a great job on time and cleaned up after himself. They gave me a fair price.

Very good customer service. They completed the job in the time promised. Showed up on time each day. They did good work. I am pleased with the job. They did more than just countertops repair. There was also floor tile repair and shower repair. All was done well.

Very thorough, great job. Remarkably reasonable for great results on a shower that had problems with grout, tile, shower pan, glass door . LaQru did it all.

Mike Wilke was the reason we picked La Cru--All the workers were fast and did a wonderful job. I was going to repair my tile but ended up having all new granite counter tops! We feel like we have a new kitchen. We are truly happy with this company.
