La Qua Estates has been working in Arizona since 2017. We specialize in a variety of tasks and projects with detail, care and professionalism. We handle, but not limited to, fixing and installing doors/windows, carry out carpentry work, repair electrical, repair plumbing, flooring, troubleshoot general problems, repair and replace general hardware, cement work, and framing. We have completed projects from the ground up such as sheds, enclosing car ports, cement around pools, gazebos, laundry rooms etc. We will do everything we can to make your vision a reality.

I was very pleased with the quality of John’s work and his professionalism. He completed a major repair from a roof leak on my investment property. Drywall and roof repair, installed new flooring, painted and much more. He was prompt in providing an estimate and in completing the job. He Communicated with me during the 3 day project And the room now looks great!

John was several minutes ahead of the expected arrival time, that is always a good sign. I warned him that I had family members that had COVID around Christmas but they were no longer contagious. He was okay with this. He went to work and replaced the remote receiver in the ceiling fan and tested it. John was the first handy man I've used since living in our home for 23 years. He was educational and respectful. I have a few projects that I will be calling him to work on as my arthritis prevents me from performing the work.

John is great. Super nice guy. Attention to detail is why I keep hiring him. He tore down and rebuilt a wall including drywall/texture/paint. I've also hired him to help me with roofing. Had several flat roofs resurfaced/sealed on both of my last two houses. Highly recommend.

John was prompt and professional. Job was done right and price was very reasonable. He has fixed a few things for me and if I need any else done, I will call him again. He does a great job! (Shower head install, replaced ceiling fan, minor plumbing, cracked tile replacement)
