"Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we apologize that you were unhappy with your service. We were originally contracted with Choice Home Warranty for a plumbing leak at your rental property. An appointment was scheduled through the contractors portal. Upon arrival, the tenants told us that they work nights and we agreed to work around their sleep/work schedules and do the repair late morning/early afternoon. After leaving without receiving the standard service call fee, we received a call from you asking if we could also repair an improperly installed sink that was denied by Choice Home Warranty. We communicated with you and your property manager when we would return to the property for the repair. We returned to the property, knocked on the door and rang the bell with no answer. We communicated this with you and scheduled to return the next day with you and the property manager. Upon returning, we were met at the door by the tenant who told us we could not complete the repair at that time. She also told us that her husband heard us at the door the previous day. All of this information was communicated to you and the property manager. We do not outsource our business, we have employees who work for us. It was two of our employees who completed the repair and they were in a different vehicle than had previously been to the property. The dispute with Richard was over two missed appointment charges that were added to your bill. At no point prior to that had he been rude or argued with you. We attempted at every point to work with you, your property manager, and your tenants to complete both the Choice Home Warranty claim repair and the additional work of repairing the improperly installed kitchen sink."

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the work that was done, however, we met with you on several occasions during the remodel and addressed any concern you brought to our attention. We adjusted and accommodated to multiple changes from the original estimate, including electrical additions and roofing work. In reference to the drywall, we advised that the drywall was not paint ready, but you painted over it during the night. Lastly, we gave you a hefty discount on the final bill due to the work taking longer than initially discussed."
