The quality of work and timeliness of the the work was beyond all expectations. I have called upon Larkin several times now and he never ceases to amaze me.

The remodel went smoothly. Larkin was personable and responsive to all of our needs. He was very careful to keep things clean and neat during construction. Sometimes it was not clear what our responsibilities were in deciding and arranging for materials, but it all worked out and was done beautifully.

I love my new bathroom. The tile job is perfect, Larkin Group was professional trustworthy and timely. Going to hire them for another remodel.

Larkin and his team were phenomenal. They quoted the job, stayed within a reasonable range of the quote for all services performed. He communicated and kept us up to date on timeline, changes and materials needed. When a second issue arose, he responded immediately and performed the job quickly, as we were on a tight timeline. Larkin did great work. He was on time and very professional. We had a few changes along the way from the original plan and he handled them without any problems. Larkin did a excellent job, his quality is superior, and he was very neat Unlike too many contractors, he was on time every day, and finished the job as scheduled!! I am already planing on having a new tile floor installed in our master bedroom bathroom next summer, and naturally I am asking Larkin to put it in...... he’s the best !!

Larkin arrived early, and was very helpful, friendly, and professional. He went beyond the call of duty and stayed late due to a couple of trips needed to Home Depot, and some additional work my wife asked him to do. We'd be glad to have him back any time.

As both a general contractor and handyman we found Larkin to be a true professional providing high quality work at a fair, cost effective price. From start of the project to finish his communication, timeliness and follow through were excellent. He brought creative solutions to the table and consistently looked to insure we were happy with the finished product. We had a tight window to get major work done prior to moving into our condo. Larkin was able find painters to get the entire interior done in time plus he installed a beautiful beveled tile back splash in our kitchen. He even helped us move into our unit, mounted a flat screen TV over the fireplace and put new lock sets on our exterior doors. He is a high integrity and trustworthy craftsman who we will not hesitate to use again. We have highly recommended him to family, friends and neighbors.
