If I could give extra start I would. Not only were they incredibly fast, next day quote and same day work, they were extremely professional, kind, educated and detailed with work and diagnosis. Frank set everything up and called me the same evening I put in for a quote, Willie was sent out the very next afternoon and gave an incredible breakdown of the issues and within one hour Kurtis came out and fixed everything. His attention to detail put them over the top. Not only did Kurtis clean the entire roof but he came back down and cleaned up the driveway and yard where the roof mess had fallen. I can honestly say this was the best customer service experience I've ever had. Pricing was beyond fair and we will always use them for future work.

Excellent and professional crew and office staff. I called the Friday after hurricane Ian, sent photos of the damage and they came out on Saturday to do the repairs without charging extra. They worked with pricing and it was as painless as something like this could be. I even had people knocking at my door days later that we had called for quotes days earlier and thanks to Miller the work was already done and we could relax knowing there would be no further damage.

From start to finish, Larry Miller Inc. was a pleasure to work with. Everyone there went above and beyond my expectations to get this work done. Larry, Franco and Frank Miller's work ethic was exceptional. They made sure to inspect the damage thoroughly and provide options to consider in their estimate. They also offered me a military discount as I am a disable veteran. Very nice people! The actual work was done by Curtis, who was very friendly and explained the work he was doing. He paid attention to every detail. He thoroughly pressure washed the roof before starting. There was wood rot from water that had gotten under the shingles because of improperly installed gutter guards. The wood was replaced, a new covering was installed and then everything was sealed. This took several days to get everything done right. He took photos along the way to show me how the work was progressing and then at the end so I could see the finished work, since I cannot get up on ladders. He even fixed an area of the roof that could have potential leaking from a pitch pan and a hole where an old TV antenna had been removed so that they would not cause water damage, even though this was not work that was planned nor included in the final price. I highly recommend this team of professionals. I will definitely call this company when I need to replace my main roof.

Skylight was replaced due to leaks. New Impact resistant one fitted but due to a defective seal it still leaked. On contacting the company they had someone come back and sort it out the next day. Great service. Would highly recommend.

Excellent. He had people here early in the morning and clean up after themselves. They are very accommodating, made sure all of the things that fell off the roof are pick up, got the old roof off and put the new roof off, very efficient, and did a very good job. I would recommend them to anyone that need roof repair/replacement.

The service was excellent. They were on time. They clean up after the work was done. They give us option on the roof. They were just excellent and I was satisfied with their service.

Repairman arrived as scheduled and was very friendly and professional. After a short discussion, he proceeded to the roof and had located the leak in just a couple of minutes. I had a quote for repair in about 5 minutes, and it was repaired within a half-hour. After my experience today, I will call them first if I ever need any roof work done.

The owner of the company, Frank (Larry Miller's son), came out same day I called and determined that I had an A/C problem (pan overflowing) instead of a roof leak. He brought 2 guys out and did some minor maintenance work on the roof and they were also able to drain the water in the A/C pan to prevent additional flooding until I could get an AC repairman out to fix the A/C unit plumbing issues. He told me my roof was probably good for another 5 years.

We began having leak issues last Spring/Summer (2015) during the rainy season. Larry Miller Roofing came out a few times to patch us up, but each time commented on how we really needed a new roof. They showed us areas where the previous roofer had done a shoddy job. We decided it was time to take the plunge and called them back for a roof replacement. <br /> I worked directly with Frank Miller through the entire process. He gave me a quote which ended up being pretty spot on. They ended up replacing the entire roof (a little over 2000 sq ft) plus addressed some additional concerns we had with our chimney. When it was time to begin the work, they showed up with a crew and worked on it for 3 days straight until it was finished. They handled all of the paperwork with the county for me and addressed all of our concerns. I would definitely recommend Larry Miller Roofing to anyone that is contemplating replacing their old roof. <br />

I was selling my home in Tampa summer of 2012. <br />My realtor recommended Larry Miller for roofing. <br />I had already relocated to Maryland at this time. <br /> <br />I believe that the work was done satisfactorilly Because my home sold the following month. I do remember that Mr. Miller was very anxious about Receiving payment for his services ASAP! <br />

He did a good job installing the roof. I have had him come out for more service, he was very slow in responding. I've got two leaks, both of them have had him out here about five times, unable to fix them yet. I would shop around before hiring again.
