Larry is the best handyman I have ever delt with.  He is honest and knows what he is doing.  He is busy, which to me is a good thing because it shows he is doing a good job others as well.  He is very professional and really cares about the quality of his work.

He is very good.  I have another meeting with him in January.  He is very reliable.  He is there on time.  He does what he says he would do.  He is very professional.  I have used him on and off for the last few years and referred him to others who also enjoy him so far.  His personality is great.  He offers suggestions.  If you want to do it a certain way, he would give his suggestions and also the pros and cons.  He shares the partnership with you instead of doing it straight away.

Larry answered my initial call quickly, and came out the next day to look at what I wanted done & give me an estimate.  He was punctuall,  polite, and professional.  He was always here when he said he'd be.  I'm very pleased with the work he did, and I've already set up a date for the next job!  I'm really glad I found him. <br /> <br /> 1

We have a condo rental property in St Petersburg and called Larry to see if he could fix the garbage disposal. It was the first time we used him and found him to be very responsive. We had him work directly with our tenant to set up a time for him to come out. The next morning Larry called and let us know that he fixed our disposal and we did not need to replace the unit. We will definitely use Larry in the future.

Overall he was very good. He was punctual and hardworking. I am very pleased with his work! The only thing I'm not happy about is that he said he cleaned up well, however after he left I had chunks of plaster in my cabinets and along the edges of the floor.

I would give him an A on everything. His work required 3 different visits. He was kind enough to go and pick the parts up and do the work. I paid $700 for that work. He was very prompt, punctual and professional.

Larry was outstanding. He came by the day after I called him - our attic stairs could not be put up and it was a matter of time before one of us hit our heads coming around the corner. Larry repaired the stairs which meant we didn't have to buy new stairs. We were unable to open all 4 windows in a living room - the previous owner had caulked them shut. Larry made 4 trips to the store to get all the parts - he had to replace the bottom pieces. He also put our screen windows in. A large pipe in the garage needed to be secured to the wall which Larry did. Larry was meticulous with everything he did, using masonry screws to secure ornaments to concrete and slate walls. He and Bob, his assistant were also very diligent about making sure that our one cat (aka The Escape Artist) did not get out of the house. Larry re-installed some light fixtures that a painter had left undone. Larry was always on time, worked quickly and does beautiful work. We would definitely hire him for future projects.

Larry was punctual and professional. Larry is not a master carpenter but he did exactly what I wanted. The finished work turned out better than I anticipated. Larry and a helper arrived on time and looked at the job and we discussed options. I gave him $$ to go to Home Depot to purchase supplies. Supplies cost 102.00 and his labor for almost 4 hours of work was $200. Total $302. Larry had all the proper tools and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I think I recieved a bargain as it was well worth for someone to come to my condominium and do this.

He did a great job. It was very good in all aspects.

The experience was okay. He was middle of the road and he was fine.

I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to my friends. They were competent and on time. They explained everything they were going to do and took the time to walk me around to show me what they had done. They are the best we've used for this type of work.

His price was reasonable. He is very good.

Job well done. He arrived at the time that was agreed on...billed the quoted price and....did not leave the working area untidy. GREAT JOB.

Larry did not know what he was doing. Failure to follow instructions or do the job right with any sort of attention to detail.

He offered quality work at a competitive price We chose him again based on prior experiences. We would recommend him highly.

We ordered the doors from the company he suggested. Once the doors came in, Larry did not have a vehicle to transport them to our house. He also gave the wrong information to the dealer and had to return a door. Had some difficulty with project

The molding had really come out great and was really precise. He did a good job. When I called, I got a recording and he called me right back. He was also able to come right out to do what I needed and was right on-time. He took his time and everything came out good.

Larry came to our home on time, was extremelyl polite, cooperative, and efficient. He charged by the hour so he tried to do the repairs as quickly as possible. His repairs have lasted and were done well. I would hire him again in a second.

It was a very small job. He was very prompt and honest. I think he even went a little way beyond. He is an older gentleman and I thought he was very fair on price. I would consider using him in the future for other small jobs.
