Larsons was an absolute pleasure to work with! My husband and I interviewed 10 pool companies and with Larsons being the last one as soon as the walk through was completed we knew instantly that there was no better pool company that we would rather work with. We started our pool remodel project the end of January of this year, and it was completed in May of this year. They were extremely communicative with us and always willing to help answer any questions or concerns we had. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in a new pool or a pool remodel as I can’t imagine a better company in Pinellas County. They gave us our dream pool and we are enjoying it every day.

Swimming Pool Remodeling
First of all, let me say that I've done a comprehensive review on Google that you can read on my remodeling project. Suffice to say, these folks are the absolute best, and I mean that.
Secondly, this is more about the after the sale service aspect of their company. I had a small issue 5 years after the remodel was completed. A couple of tiles on my water feature had started to come loose. I contacted Larsens to get this repaired and was fully expecting to pay for the work. They sent out their team and got everything looking good as new and then told me it was going to be covered by Larsens.
So not only do I stand behind the pool building and remodeling aspect of Larsens, but their service organization is also top notch!
When you watch all the horror stories of pool contractors on the news, don't let you be one of them. Go to Larsens if you're looking for the best in the area, at least from my experience.

The staff at Larsen’s Pool and Spa were wonderful from the first encounter with them. I checked out another pool company prior to Larsen’s and the gentleman was aloof and condescending. I walked into Larsen’s and they were welcoming and kind. Cathy took the time to speak to me and told me about the “pool building process”. She was always there if I had a question. Jeff was fantastic, he listened to what I wanted and designed our perfect pool. After our pool was complete, Justin did a wonderful job showing us how everything worked. He even came back to answer our crazy questions. I ask myself everyday (while enjoying my beautiful pool) why I didn’t do this sooner!

We absolutely love our pool! We looked at many pool companies but chose Larsen’s Pool and Spa because of their reputation of good service and use of high quality materials. Our neighbors were very impressed with our pool and many have commented on how well the Larsen team worked to ensure that the neighborhood was not disrupted during the process.
Dan Meyer designed our pool and he was great to work with. He helped us select colors and materials that met our vision for our dream pool. Reid, our project manager, kept us informed of all the steps and time line. He was meticulous and was very detail oriented. The pool start up team of Mike and Justin were just as great. Once the pool was filled, Justin oversaw the treatment of the water to make sure it was perfect for swimming. He was awesome! Justin stopped by weekly and sometimes twice a week to ensure the chemicals were working appropriately. He educated us about everything to know about the pool and he didn’t mind reviewing things when we had questions about pool maintenance and proper upkeep.
From start to finish, the pool took seven weeks. The quality of work and attention to detail is impressive. If you are considering a pool, look no further than Larsen’s Pool and Spa. The entire staff, starting with Eric Larsen, were absolutely wonderful to work with. We highly recommend Larsen’s Pool and Spa. And don’t be surprised if you get a visit from the original owner, David Larsen, checking up on your pool’s progress.

Research And Selection
We interviewed and received bids from 6 different pool companies before selecting Larsen’s Pool and Spa. They were not the cheapest bid but their warranty, professionalism and reputation on social media stood out. My goal through this process was to select a quality company that would deliver a quality product without being surprised or feeling nickel and dimed throughout the process. I believe they delivered.
People
The individuals we worked with the most were Adam, Drew, Washington and Justin, all quality individuals and very professional. Adam was instrumental in the design and materials selection process. Drew was always very responsive to any questions or concerns regarding installation. Washington is a gifted craftsman with attention to detail. I would feel confident having Washington involved in any project of mine. Justin makes himself available whenever needed or if you have an operational question or issue. There were other contacts within Larsen’s, such as John and owner Eric Larsen, who made themselves available when needed to discuss any concerns. It was comforting to have the owner engaged.
Customer Experience
While there were issues and concerns that arose during the installation, Larsen’s representative never hesitated to take ownership and resolve in a timely manner. I was never presented with an additional invoice during these resolutions.
Conclusion
It has been 1 yrs since the installation. We continue to be pleased with our pool and selection of Larsen’s Pool and Spa and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product and a quality organization.

Deciding on Larsen’s Pool and Spa to build our backyard oasis was the best decision we made! Our designer, Emily, really listened to not only the vision we had for a pool but also for our whole backyard. Her design truly captured our entire vision. Their transparency with their pricing was also impressive. Other pool companies didn’t provide a line-item price of each product used in building the pool. The honest pricing was refreshing to see. It was also amazing to go to the design studio and see all the options that were available within the price quoted. With other companies they would’ve been an upgrade. Reid was our Construction Manager. He was great to work with. Always available for questions, consistent communication, and always on site. The office personnel (Molly, Elicia and Cathy) were always polite, accommodating, upbeat and available for any questions I had. Justin and Mike serviced the pool once it was up and running. Justin was so patient with us. We had so many questions and took so many notes. Justin was available anytime we had a question about taking care of the pool. He was extremely knowledgeable. The owner, Eric, checked in on a regular basis just to see how everything was going and to see if I had any questions, concerns or issues. He’s very personable. Every professional that came out to do their part were excellent and perfectionist. You could tell they took pride in the job they were doing and made sure it was done right the first time. I will be honest; they were not the cheapest, but we felt as though it was money well spent without a doubt! They are the best at what they do, and they built a high-quality product. This includes the experts they hire, their customer service, communication, how they present the project to the customer, their honesty, their knowledge, quality products, their expertise and the overall great disposition of everyone at Larsen’s Pool and Spa. Larsen never disappoints when it comes to service! Cathy is awesome and is always will to help whenever I call regarding service. Mike is a hoot and very knowledgeable. Update Sept 2024 - 4 years after install update. Larsens continues to be available and VER responsive to my needs and minor issues. I have had 4 friends use Larsen and they all had a great experience as well! look nowhere else. They care and deliver from the first hello to all your needs! Cathy Falkner is a all star for getting things done! 2020 I had a difficult pool design along with extensive pavers and changing a existing pool configuration substantially. All of the team members were fantastic to work with, I received multiple renderings of exactly what I was buying from Dan Meyer so there was no guesswork. Dan was thoughtful, helpful and very responsive. John Martin and his teams managed a multifaceted executions and the end product is absolutely beautiful. I spoke in depth with 5 of the premier pool builders. None cared or earned the right for my business like Larsen. Definitely include them in your mix. Larsen's remodeled our pool in June 2023 and I intentionally waited a year to write this review so I could see how the support was after the work was complete. Larsen's has been top notch the entire time! Dan was our sales rep and he was incredibly thorough during the estimate. He truly wanted to understand how we would be using the pool, which resulted in great ideas and considerations we had not previously considered. He provided multiple detailed 3D renderings (we changed things multiple times) which really gave us an idea of what the final result would look like. Once we agreed to move forward, John was assigned as our project manager. He was onsite during every phase of the work to ensure it all went according to plan. Communication was awesome, he returned calls quickly and was always more than willing to answer questions and address our concerns. The front desk staff have also been great. After the project was complete, there were a few small things that needed to be fixed (tile grout was missing in a few spots and a few small rust stains appeared) and they were always very responsive, quickly notified the right people to get them out to fix the issues and followed up to ensure everything was taken care of. I can't recommend Larsen's enough! The entire process was seamless and they absolutely delivered on everything they promised. 10 out of 10, would absolutely hire them again in an instant!

Larsen's installed our pool in 2019. It still looks and feels great. They helped with a recent service call as we needed help in adjusting valves. Even though it's a long process from start to finish, we're so happy that Larsen's Pool has done building a beautiful pool to enjoy Florida outdoor. Julie the designer helped design an awesome pool with all spectacular features that we can spend hours outside. Can't have the super pool without the super blue prints. Elicia and Molly at the office took care of all necessary procedures and paperwork. It's an ease to get through the finance steps. The crews did amazing jobs finishing the construction phases correctly and on time. Well the last step before inspection took a little long but it's done. Larsen's would be the best with more communication and prompt responses.
