LASCANO CONSTRUCTION

I have worked with Lascano Construction for many years and highly recommend their skill team of Contractors for all trades. Their company leader Victor Baez is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met in Construction. We have done new builds, replaced foundations on hillside, full interior, remodels, and everything you can imagine down to the last detail. If you want top-notch quality and craftsmanship hire Lascano.

This particular project was a kitchen remodel. I needed to take out a kitchen and turn it into a kitchenette to satisfy the city of LA. This is a short-term rental and I only had 2 1/2 days open on my calendar. I didn’t want to cancel guests and lose money and somehow he miraculously came in ripped out the kitchen and put in this gorgeous kitchenette in two days. He had everything cut measured and on location and when my guest checked out, they went in and put it in super fast. When every (Contractor) screws things up or misdiagnosis things, Victor will come in and get it right on the first try. He is friendly and a pleasure to work with. His crews are professional and friendly but honestly, the best thing about Victor is that he is incredibly ethical and he cares as much about your project as you do.

Remodeled house for us and did a wonderful job

It was truly a pleasure working with Victor and the LASCANO CONSTRUCTION team on a full kitchen remodel in Encino, CA. This was an extensive renovation taken completely down to the studs, and Victor and his team played an important role in bringing the entire project together. Throughout the process, I really appreciated Victor?s communication, attention to detail, and willingness to collaborate. As a designer, having a contractor who understands the vision and works alongside you to find solutions makes such a difference. Victor and his team were dependable, hardworking, and genuinely cared about the quality of the finished space. I?m grateful for the collaboration and would happily work with Victor and his team again on future projects. ROQUE DESIGN
